3 Sneaky Right Hands To Land For Boxing

- What's up guys, in this video I show you 3 sneaky right hands you can land if you're in the orthodox boxing stance. Can you do these punches as a southpaw? Absolutely. They are all "rear" hand punches but in this video I demonstrate them from an orthodox position.
What's Southpaw or Orthodox? In boxing, a Southpaw fighter is usually a left hand dominant fight who places his or her RIGHT foot forward. An orthodox fight is one who stands with LEFT foot forward allowing most power to come from the rear side (Right).
I go over 3 sneaky punches.
#1 Incomplete Uppercut-- I say this is incomplete because you don't fully turn your fist to land this uppercut. What this does is it makes your gloves smaller by not fully twisting your punch allowing you to sneak your way in past your opponents guard.
#2 Leaning Cross-- Now this punch can be thrown loopy or straight. The purpose of this punch is to make your opponent think you are going to throw the left hand (normally a hook) because you are leaning towards your lead side. This works best after you've successfully thrown a few left hands because it grabs your opponents attention towards your lead side.
#3 Inside Uppercut-- Now this punch is probably most common in almost every boxing match. When two fighters are on the inside the point of vision becomes smaller allow an uppercut to be thrown from a lower than usual position sneaking its way to the chin. One way to throw this uppercut on the inside is by blocking your opponent vision with your left forearm just be carful not to shove or elbow your opponent because that is illegal.

Good videos and much appreciated brother, but if I may.... At the end of your videos, you throw a right as you slip to the left and you are dropping your left hand around your knees which leaves you very exposed for hard, right from your opponent.....heeheheh, just sayin 🙂
