Hey, if you order a quick change setup from sommatool for the router you could setup tools and make offsets so you can change tools in the middle of running a part. It would allow you to do all of the chamfers and fine work with the 1/8” but not have to slow the cycle down or reset up the tool offset between the tool changes.
Ooooooh, i just see in the future, a audison mono amp and the "stroker-12" in a 4 th order and another pair of 8" hertz components in the rear deck and please.....one hell of an alarm system ( Steve Meade F-250 viper alarm system) with ignition kill, extra sirens, interior video camera/wi-fi to stream any theif's face to some external storage for later viewing!!!!!
I've got a similar Pioneer head unit in my car at the moment, but it's the European version with DAB+ (DEH-7800DAB). I run the tweeters (Hertz Mille series) temporarily from the head unit, the mids (Hertz Mille ML165) are powered by an old Alpine 3554 amp, which is also powering my sub, a Hertz DS300 (an older revision, which still says Dieci on the cone dustcap) in a closed enclosure. There's some room for improvement, but it's not bad at all, especially for the money I paid for the components :) Had a pair of Audison APK165s in the front, but the Hertz Mille MLK165 is just so much better :)
Do yourself a favor and get some Oflutes from Toolstoday. I have been machining a bunch of acrylic lately and they do an amazing job. GREAT surface finish and high MMR.
man my first car system was an mtx 12" sub in a home depot bucket filled with a towel and a peice of xps rigid insulation to house the subwoofer... all hooked up to a 150w rms 4 channel amp screwed to the passenger front seat carpet with a sony deck hanging out of the dash... when i went around corners the sub would roll around the trunk and the deck would fall out of the dash lol. Still thought i was the shit. Did i mention the car was a 1997 Chevrolet cavalier (metallic baby blue) with huge dents all over....

Doug. Please use your Skills & knowledge to make panel jigs to lock in the plexi projects that have 2 nice grab handles to use for precise handling of thin parts. This will ensure your future of having your nose pickers for the rest of your days. 😊 do it 4 your Safety. 👍👍 if a bit grabs that plastic it will happen faster than you can process what just happened & will be scurrying for a towel & a way to the hospital..

The only issue with the I-Pad mini float mount... the sensitivity. What if someone is pushing on the bottom of the screen hard enough to dismount it? Some people are heavy handed... or heavy fingered ;) Are the magnets strong enough to handle heavy fingering on the bottom? ;)
