Hi, the cells with 0 value below d1 and d2, what are those values. What are we supposed to enter there if any?

Those cells are used in cases where a decision or an event has an additional cost or revenue. They don’t have to be used in standard problems.

I can't seem to change the probabilities on three way event nodes, it always shows an error doesnt matter if they all sum 1. Any ideas?

1) Please check to be sure that it is an event node.
2) Check if Excel has not rounded one of your probabilities.
