SORRY FOR THE LONG REPLY BELOW, JUST MY 2 CENTS. It just got released, RIGHT BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY HOLIDAY SEASON. Price will probably drop on Stick HD to $20, stick 4k to $25 and stick 4k Max to $30. The stick 4k will probably be phased out after the holidays, remaing stock will probably be called refurbished or sold in pallets or recycled. Because there is no need for it when the 4k Max is what they want to sell more of. And the stick HD, well, it will be the stick HD. And after the holdays price might go up to $25-30 and stick HD Max still at $35. Theres a market for it. Some people lose their remotes for the firestick, and some people just buy the cheapest one for the remote, Some people dont have 4k TV's. Or dont care about 4k or memory cause they only ise 2-3 apps and they'll buy the cheaper one every time. The last 5 years I've bought TV's for every room in my home, they are all 4k, I would like to upgrade to bigger sizes now since they are so cheap, but they still work! Im not going to throw em' away. And I know there is some people out there that have that problem and there is people that always get the old tv in their room and now they watch with a stick HD. And honestly for the price everyone expects to buy a new one every year or two.
I really dont understand what the people at amazon are thinking. Its like they are in a closed-off room and don't have any idea about current tech advancements. Still not using USB-C on a new device in 2024. Its specs don't even exceed the the old firestick 4K but the price is more. 😮 Why even make a device in 2024 that doesn't support 4k? Even if some people don't have a 4k tv, chances are when they replace it they will get a 4k. Don't even get me started about the storage and memory of these devices.

Firesticks are already dirt cheap and are half off on prime day. Just buy the top tier stick for $30 then
