Sculpting The Flash

- Here I'm sculpting The Flash from DC comics. One of my favourite characters in the comics. I sculpted this using super Sculpey and acrylic paints. I hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching.

This is a very, VERY awesome sculpture. One thing that throws me off though is the trap muscles are really high and it makes his shoulders look smaller. Might just be me though.
Everything else is near perfect.
Thanks man, I like it when you guys tell it like it is. I felt the same way about the shoulders afterwards and will be trying to do it better next time. Thanks for the critique and complements. I look foward to improving with each sculpture.

The flash is amazing what a great show back in the day with the velvet suit remember the one ?
Couldn't stop thinking about the original show while working on this. That suit still impressive to this day, I don't care what anyone says.

I agree with you on the recent costumes we've been getting lately on screen. But I'll have to add the recent comics versions onto this list of "I'm not digging this redesign" look. I'm not a fan of all the extra yellow lines and seams going through the suit. Thanks for the compliments Bruno.

I think how skinny or thin he looks makes sense considering this is a character who's metabolism is so overly hyper sensitive and altered that his frame couldn't possible build appearance based muscle as he's constantly burning calories, this doesn't equate strength or internal strength because Flash is obviously strong but appearance wise he'd be on the skinner side

Super Sculpey
I can never get sculpey to stick to the wire. Always moves around and loose.
Have you tried wrapping a more fine wire around the main wire? This will help.
