I chose micro locs because of the fullness and volume it gave me. After a month they had filled in. I decided to start them with tiny finger coils which I'm glad i chose because coils loc faster. It's just been a month and a week and my hair is already budding. Best hair decision EVER!! I have 455 micro-locs 😁. Also i retwist instead of retightening them. Saves me so much time. Your starter locs super cute
Wow I definitely see a difference! I notice the less you have it gives you a fuller look which turned out great with the two strand twist. 💓 Great video
I have fine medium density hair and started with 137 pencil sized interlocks using a 4-point rotation. I hated how anorexic my locs looked. I changed the rotation to 2-point rotation and BOOM! My locs are now full and beautiful! I will eventually cut the skinny ends as my hair grows out. Thx for the upload! ❤
I started with 2 strand twists. I'm 4 mo in with 68 locs. My retwist takes and he and I dont palm roll. Just retwist the root with a water based gel or wrap foam. Nvr used oil. I get compliments all the time. For the first 2 mo...they looked like twists that needed 2 be combed out. Lol.
68😍😍 I would love to see them! Mine are so frizzy right now 😆 but I love them. I’ve retwisted them once so far using water and oil, I think I’ll keep up with this method for a while.
I recently just started my loc journey. I did 2 year research before I started. I knew I did not want sisterlocs or big traditional. But I wanted microloc or small traditional loc. So I found a loctician, did a consultation and she showed me a book with all her clients and all of the pictures I liked once I saw the Final outcome was definitely small traditional and I was so excited that's what I wanted. I got them yesterday and love my decision.
Heyyyyyy! 😭 you also have a new subscriber! I actually love these!!!!! They are the perfect size. The smaller ones were cute but I can see why you started over (the Cynthia picture took me OUTTTTTT😭😭😭😭😭😭). I can’t wait to see how they look a year from now. 😍😍😍
@@LondonParis I have thought about it…then just thought about what kinda hair I could use for a protective style that just mimics lol. I’m still stressed 😭😭😭

They will fall off though from rolling. That's why I'm not getting them

I started my locs similar to this. I think thicker locs makes your hair look fuller and gives you more volume. Great choice!
Thank you❤️

Girl that's so cute!
I'm having the hardest time choosing between traditional and microlocs 😩. I love them both and I can only choose one at a time.
Thanks🥰
The first time I was so I love with the smaller loc, I had to have them. But this time I knew I just didn’t have time for them

🦋You're beautiful!! Great video 🙌🏾
Thanks❤️❤️
Most definitely 🙏🏽
You combed out your microlocs?
Since you like low manipulation, you might like semi-freeforming.
🦋Can you please tell us where you got the shirt, or DM me?🤌🏾Cz It's a whole vibe 🔥
I believe I got it from JLUXLABEL. I love their site!🥰 thanks!!
@@LondonParis thank you so much!! 😁🦋
