      Try with fresh sardines from the fish market it will be amazing. I live in Spain where sardines are not expensive and are great for nigiri!

      @@axel.lessio Nice! I’ve been to some food markets in Spain, and all items were so fresh and taste great!! Wanna make nigiri there too like I do here in Japan!

    Do you remove ALL the bones? Or some you leave in?

      I leave thin bones when I eat by myself, but I remove all the bones when I serve to other people!
