Hey Radu, I saw your video on how to improve conditioning, and how you basically recommended 1-2 hours a week and not progressively overloading it so that it wouldn't interfere with strength gains. My question is this, if you are not progressively overloading your conditioning, why would it even get better in the first place? Would it not be the same in principle as lifting the same weight forever without increasing it (not taking advantage of the stimulus provided by the activity) and thus your performance remains static. It seems to me that your advice in this regards is suited for someone who simply uses cardio as a way to increase the calorie deficit, rather than for improving work capacity for rest periods in actual lifting.
Eh! A truthful "summary" for confused begginners who dont dont want to get hooked on a sneaky marketing programme: dont eat like a pig, work out ANYHOW 3-4 times a week, sleep alright, repeat for a few months - you WILL see results. One thing I wonder is how the ranges provided in this video translate to training women. Would they just switch the ranges to those that correspond with women's. I'm assuming its that simple?
Giati ogi mono den einai sohsto, phainetai kai elithio... Those Greek lessons I had in high school sure were useful. I can translate stuff to the latin alphabet, but I stil don't know what it means...
Radu, we really miss you man, but I have the feeling I know why you left this channel. It's simple to get in shape. Progressively overload you workouts week after week, deload once a month, and eat fewer calories than you burn until you're shredded, then just eat maintenance + 100(ish) per day until you look like Chris Evans.
Pretty good overview. Missing a few key concepts: 1) Gain and burn is triggered by a stress (via hormones). 2) Biggest muscles to trigger stress AND burn cals - legs and back. Legs give 5x more than hands and chest. Without lifts and squats you just getting power and stamina. You can gain muscle and convert fat into energy. Bigger muscles - faster they burn fat. 3) Big weight = problems for joins + other injuries. Technic and negative load - good pump even on lower weights. 4) You can gain with little weights and tons of reps if you make a stress. It's just catabolism will eat your muscles right there (huge problem for some). However, you can keep muscles with static loads and average weight. 5) Lift weight formulas are wrong, because everyone is different (body type, height, muscle attachments). 6) Skin on you back tells some untold stories about "supplements" you use. Tell about before people will guess.
If you look at a lot of old Greek mythology painting and drawings, Greek gods aren't really portrayed as HUGE, they're just very muscular. Unless you play god of war

Brother, thanks so much for this video. I've been trying to do research and study up on getting a better body, as I am only average now. I found that it's so hard to find a good video on how to do this. I've watched numerous videos already on different topics such as cutting, bulking, macros, etc. And it just all felt so overwhelming and daunting to me. But to be honest with you, i'm so glad i found this video. It's the first video that gave me detailed and pretty much all the information i need, and for the first time, this video makes me feel as if it's personally achievable and i ACTUALLY feel like i can do it. You're doing god's work here my friend, thanks again.
Damn good advice. I'm currently transforming from skinny, to, not so skinny. I'm 4 weeks in and have gained roughly 10-12 lbs already. I'm eating like a horse every day. I'm mostly using dumbbells and body weight exercises. I'll try the lat pull downs though, because i am struggling with pull ups big time. Currently, just looking at a pull up bar is humiliating for me. Thanks for posting.
Yeah i'm 45 yrs and underweight. I'm using gainer and eating like a horse. Probably getting well over 4k calories per day. I stop counting at 3200. I was 138lbs when i started. I'm 5'11" I'm holding steady at 155lbs right now. So in almost 2 months i've gained 17lbs. I started out fast because my body was crying out for nutrients, but that gainer kicked my ass. It didn't always want to come out the end it was supposed to. I had to go easy on it this last month, and i've only gained about 7lbs. After donating my body to Sex, Drugs n Rock n Roll for the last 40 years, I think i'm catching up nicely. Thanks for the feedback.
This is the most honest body self help video I have seen. A lot of videos tell you to train your ass off and give you grief for not lifting weights. This is the first video to say that you need a base line slim physique first then build on it.
Dude...You're the coolest, this video is awesome, I currently weigh 275 and need to loose weight, this just gave me the insight I needed to reach the goals I want to achieve later on when I lose this fat.
The steroid use is much greater than commonly believed, and not just by athletes but also by celebrities and almost anyone who looks buff. However this epidemic is extremely harmful to their health.
+George Ford Steroids CAN BE harmful to health, after prolonged use. Using such means for 90 days will cause little to no long term damage, any more than smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol regularly would do for 90 days. Not recommended, but is a viable short-term option.
+Nissan TitanWarrior +George Ford And when one thinks about it, an actor making a movie is a perfect example of a short term need of steroids. I wouldn't blame them.
+Coco how about you do another cycle where you take testosterone so that the body thinks it has enough and thus the testicles stop working? That would lead to testicular atrophy and therefore they would go back to normal state!
Damn dude your channel is blowing up! I've been subscribed since you had 3,000 subs last fall. You've put in so much better hard work to grow this brand. Good job!
You look awesome, man, but I'd say you look more like an example of "warrior" than "greek god". Looks good, so I'd keep it like that, if I were you. Thanks for the vid!
I think you might have it the wrong way round. The Greek Gods look bigger to me both because of more muscle and more fat. Anyway, I still don't think I understand what you are saying, but appreciate that you don't mean to start a quarrel.
I got down from 220 to 175, goal is 165. I’ve been overweight most of my life, but just getting lean alone is enough encouragement for me to want to go the extra distance to be in great shape, so the two years isn’t discouraging because I can’t wait to see myself 2 months from now and the two months after that.
+Amon any push movements workout the triceps. bench press, pushups etc. and while it is 1 exercise per body part, it's not a complex exercise with a lot of weight on it.
He's right about fat loss. Many people rarely understand that it's calories in and calories out. I sat in my house and watched Netflix all day only eating 1000 calories a day and dropped 25 pounds in 2 weeks
I've seen a lot of videos over the past two months. And I've made a lot of the right choices (luckily) naturally, but none of the videos on this subject have spelled out so well the experience and what to expect. I've made great strides so far and although I'm smaller and lean after my first cut I already feel like I'm in the best shape of my life, so I can't agree more with this method. I think I'm heading towards my first bulk soon and even though the idea of potentially putting bad weight back on is there, I know I have the tools and what it takes to get back now. Thanks for the timeframe honesty and great job on your journey. And good luck to the rest of you, a year goes by in a blink anyway.

It's the first video that gave me detailed and pretty much all the information i need, and for the first time, this video makes me feel as if it's personally achievable and i ACTUALLY feel like i can do it. You're doing god's work here my friend, thanks again.
One of the best videos I've seen on this topic
2years ?? fuck that shit XD
AMAZING video radu
+Sali Levi Thank you man!
The FPS Russia of fitness.
How old are you? 10-12 lbs regardless of age seems excessive, unless you were extremely underweight.
Hey Joe FYI gainers aren’t good for you they are all unhealthy sugars resulting in bad fat.
This is the most honest body self help video I have seen. A lot of videos tell you to train your ass off and give you grief for not lifting weights. This is the first video to say that you need a base line slim physique first then build on it.
This is probably the best video I have ever seen explaining shortly everything necessary.
at 0:31, the transition between worrior and greek god was just the difference between no pump and average lighting to pump and good lighting
Dude...You're the coolest, this video is awesome, I currently weigh 275 and need to loose weight, this just gave me the insight I needed to reach the goals I want to achieve later on when I lose this fat.
Lumpyumpy So how did it go?
Vlad Pepes assume he gave up
m8 did you do it?
oi
*lose weight
Watched him for the first time! Great Video... I love Radu!!! :D
your channel is great, informative and no bs, its rare in the fitness community
Damn dude your channel is blowing up! I've been subscribed since you had 3,000 subs last fall. You've put in so much better hard work to grow this brand. Good job!
You look awesome, man, but I'd say you look more like an example of "warrior" than "greek god". Looks good, so I'd keep it like that, if I were you.
Thanks for the vid!
***** How does that relate to what I wrote?
I think you might have it the wrong way round. The Greek Gods look bigger to me both because of more muscle and more fat. Anyway, I still don't think I understand what you are saying, but appreciate that you don't mean to start a quarrel.
Marbles rookie detected
Make your own routine Radu, I'll buy yours
+Joe Ski Why would he make one when he uses kinobody's?
The best fitness video. Thanks for breaking it down, Radu!
I got down from 220 to 175, goal is 165. I’ve been overweight most of my life, but just getting lean alone is enough encouragement for me to want to go the extra distance to be in great shape, so the two years isn’t discouraging because I can’t wait to see myself 2 months from now and the two months after that.
Within a mile? There probably isn't someone in the whole state of Louisiana that achieves the superhero physic
Am I stoned or did he actually not include any tricep exercise in that program and actually only include one exercise per body part?
+Amon LMFAO
+Amon any push movements workout the triceps. bench press, pushups etc. and while it is 1 exercise per body part, it's not a complex exercise with a lot of weight on it.
+Ireallydontwanttousemyname The shoulder presses also help the triceps.
+Ireallydontwanttousemyname lol you still need to do isolation excersises on your triceps
+Kieran Farrington cool
hey could you read that for me i missed it
He's right about fat loss. Many people rarely understand that it's calories in and calories out. I sat in my house and watched Netflix all day only eating 1000 calories a day and dropped 25 pounds in 2 weeks
Oof, but your muscle was part of that :o
This is one of the best videos I have seen on this topic. You kept in basic but very much on point
i don't think i have ever said damn that guy looks awesome lol. but i want to get a sidekicks physique so i don't stand out
Potato physique squad, where ya at?
Where's the Incredible Hulk program? it should come after super hero right?
I just discovered this channel and I am really fascinated with it :) thank you for creating it :)
Fit?- Yes
Hot?- Sure
Greeg God- NAH...
You're incredibly funny along with being incredibly smart
No thx I'll go for the super villain physics like kai greene.
Kai Greene is on SUPER steroids.
still the best Video on this topic! RADU, we need you back dude!
this was such a well rounded clear video
if that's a greek god body then i must be a fucking anomaly
+MrMLBson09 nice. you're probably what we call superhero. These terms are really just a way to help people define their goal physique
i love your accent
stopped watching when I saw the strength standards had biceps curls, but no squats or deadlift.
+nick dean They're in the workouts later in the video, that you missed.
+nick dean I stopped watching when I realized that I could military press this guy 10 times to warm up.
+nick dean All yappin, no action.
It's about natural aesthetics not size . If you want to get strong and big naturally you have to get fluffy and not typically "aesthetic ". See alphadestiny
I like that gangster at the end lol "2 years? Fuck that shit" haha awesome video Radu!
This video started everything for me. Miss your content man :(. Good luck with your new projects!
