Thanks Kevin! When I do these again off camera. I will make the mac & Cheese, cover it and put in the fridge a day or two in advance. That kind of splits the work up, so all you have to do is make the balls and fry when cooking for a party or something. Thanks for watching Kevin!

Those came out awesome Rus. Gonna try using evaporated milk with the mac and cheese next time I make it. Good stuff, thanks!
Thanks Troy! Don't forget the sodium citrate. That is actually what emulsifies the cheese so it doesn't separate. You can use the evaporated milk, whole milk, beer or water for the same result.

looks amazing.. it does sounds a bit over salty for me and i love salt, but it looks great!
The only salt I used was for the macaroni while boiling. Keith's Knee Deep seasonings are not heavy in salt at all. I didn't detect any over saltiness what so ever, actually they were perfectly balanced. The Sodium Citrate has more of a citrus flavor which also helps the overall flavor. Thanks for watching
@@SmokyRibsBBQ wow, cool! then that sounds great!!!! heck, the hubby and i ate at red lobster yesterday and felt like water balloons after all that salt and msg, lol. so i dont cut salt out at all but sometimes some stuff is so much that we feel it. if you want, im happy to remove the post, just let me know. i just saw a lot of seasonings and wondered was all. love ya!
No need to remove the comment. I felt I needed to explain. The 2 pounds of bagged crawfish that I used are fully cooked, but not seasoned at all, and even though cheese has salt in it, it was not overpowered with salt at all and quite the opposite.
