This mod is based on the Santiago meme, it is the design for Clic Sonic that appears in Generations and Forces. The joke is that he’s not the real 90’s Sonic: he’s an imposter who’s a slightly off-shade of blue, and a bit too ‘soft’ compared to the original design. He's mute unlike the OG Sonic, his movement is also a bit wonky compared to Sonic in his original games. From what I remembered they created the meme after seeing the Sonic Forces render of Clic Sonic. He is the true faker.

Not really,there a series called sonic underground which involves sonic in some kind of a band with his brother and sister and having a guitar with that guitar being the one he has in this mod

Wow. I really like this mod. It has a bunch of different sonic songs referenced in it. And there synced so well to the music itself. Very well done. The sprites and the transition are also nice. I really really like this mod!

They got into a accident and lost their memory and in the hospital they saw their little brother playing with a classic sonic figure and calling it Santiago then their memory came rushing back of creating the meme and everything else

The use of Sonic's guitar from Sonic Underground can be used to open up an opportunity for a possible mod of that show and honestly it'd be really cool to see that ngl. Music is pretty much used as a weapon there which makes it even more perfect lmao.
