@@G.Frog-57 front,depends on your weight... the best its to write me to martintgevlogger@gmail.com we have springs for 310eur that help many. For little bit bigger riders we have 1cm extra longer shocks. That are badass. As for rear we work on Wilbers that shpuld come in Winter of 2024 :)
I have heard great chat about Wilber's shocks, premium upgrade!!! We had Ellka's on the old Spyder...they worked good....I will get to try the Wilber shocks on your F3 Limited!!

Martin, What would you recommend for the 2022 Spyder RTL, Rear and Front? I keep bottoming the rear shock and it's driving me crazy. Thanks.
