So excited for this! The black Friday sale this year made waiting months and basically all year to shop 100% worth it! Replaced some things I really need to and tried something new I wouldn’t have otherwise!
I just wish they’d keep stock back so it doesn’t go immediately the second BF hits 😂

Are people actually listening to the video? This was bought in November…… and honestly she probably, like many of us during the holidays, are very busy and so she is just getting around to reviewing these items and to make sure these items were still available. Just because she is doing a “no spend” January, does not mean that every one else is and like she said, a lot of people may have gotten gift cards etc, and if you are one of those people who will be shopping at lululemon, these are her faves/review of the items that she received. And if you are not and are doing a “no spend” then that is fine, no need to come for people’s lives. Positive vibes only 💕

I totally get that this is from black friday and I respect that this is part of the job as well. But I feel like no one ever acknowledges that it's way easier to limit your spending and save when you get stuff for free.
I've watched youtubers saying 'i'm saving a lot right now, being really frugal, saving for x or z' and then uploading huge hauls of giften clothes or even clothes they bought... The same people then make videos sharing advices on how to save money or even saying 'i've always been a saver, i try to spend wisely'. Well I would be too if even when I'm saving like crazy I would still receive new clothes, products etc.
This is just really disheartening when you're just an average person and no buy really means no buy... :(
This was from November, so I’m still not spending money this month. I appreciate influencers have a more privileged position with ‘gifting’ however this ‘gift’ is in exchange for creating content which is an exchange of service so it isn’t actually ‘free’z
There have been some used clothes that my grandmother brought me to try on and they fitted on me very well. I have to go simple with my own spending 💰 on some merchandise I purchase like expensive clothes at malls and other clothing stores. I've purchased some cheap clothes I wanted and needed to try on and I've been wearing them and been giving compliments about them.
Second hand is the best, I use vinted all the time if I want something specific! I got a black satin maxi skirt for £5 on there before Christmas x
Considering the fact that we've just seen a no buy januari video from you, i honestly think this would be better somewhere in february/march. Of course people owe it to themselves to do what is right. But i feel this is still in bad taste.

Been a supporter of your for years now so please know I am only posting this because I care about you. Honestly this video is a bit disappointing. I think when you have a platform like yours you have to be a bit choosy about what you share because your community trusts in you because we feel you have our best interests at heart. Posting a haul of merchandise after you just explain you wouldn’t be spending anything feels a bit off base. Good luck with your no spend. :)
Stop telling people how to post and be. Grown people watch and can make their own decisions.
It would be great if you read the description and made note of the fact that I mentioned several times that this was stuff from Black Friday, which is in November.
