I'm a nursing student in my last year and I'm definitely on a budget, lol. I recommend purchasing the Loreal Paris version of the beauty blender! It's only $6 and performs way better than the Beauty Blender and the Real Techniques one!
In the states you typically don’t have to ‘get into’ the degree you want, but you do have to get accepted in the college you would like to go to. However some degrees you do have to get into depending on what college you attend. For example I’m in pre-nursing right now and I won’t be accepted into the nursing program until next year, if I get a high enough gpa.
oh my god cat, i was exactly the same - great at maths, always made sense to me, hated chemistry!! uni is indeed so much better and i'm very grateful i get to study what i love (biology)! currently studying for an organic chemistry exam though, UGH yikes
lol i had the oppossite experience at uni everyone thinks they're grown up but their still immature and terrible, there were very few people who were actually grown up and good people
Wow the British system is so different -you choose your degree and then you write your personal statement, which is basically why you want to study that degree and what you’ve done to prove you’re worthy of the place. Then you send that to 5 universities and they’ll give you the conditions of your offer, so like you can study here if you get 3 As in your exams. Then you do the exams and hope you get the grades to study that course at the uni you want -also I love the fact that you claim to be a nerd, legit me too -I’ve turned down parties to go to the French Literature/French Film Festivals
Showed to my kids the part where you said it gets better it made them happy they needed to hear from someone other than me.
Well I'm glad I could help lovely
