I am so very sorry to hear about your dog. That was a heartbreaking story. We lost our awesome 14 year-old dog back in February when x-rays showed that she had cancer all over her body and she was struggling breathing. Her death caused me to cry harder than any other time in my 46 years on this earth (fuck, I'm now crying a little bit now while typing this). They live with us every single day and so that truly makes them family. Add in the unconditional love that they give and it makes dogs very special IMHO. My wife and our other dog (took it worst of all, quit eating etc) were also just as heartbroken. We instantly packed up all of our bags and left the vacation house that we had just rented for 6 weeks losing out on all the money that we paid for it as we both said we couldn't be in that home without her there. Death is so incredibly sad and thats all I kept thinking was "it's not fair that we all get to go on but she's not here with us living life.....". In the end I try and remember a Dr. Seuss quote when it comes to someone dying..........."don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" :)
I feel the same way about friends, lieing, & cheaters. I recently am offering a deceased pet removal service in the Las Vegas area for those unable to deal with thier pets that just died. When my dog died i was working out of town & my daughter had to deal with it alone so i had to call a nieghbor to help. Im doing this in memory of my dog & to do something positive in her memory. It's helping me deal with her loss in a weird way i guess. There's just no love like a dog's love so my heart goes out to u 💕
I had an Akita (with papers) Bear was his name, he looked like one...They are so smart..best dog I ever had...Oh the pain when he passed...I feel your pain...
You're right about how you said people tend to "celebrate dishonesty", not in the literal sense but they just see it as if you can lie and get ahead then more power to you sorta thing.. this annoys the crap out of me. From an early age I was always "naive" , I felt like doing the right thing and doing right by others was always the right choice, it wasn't until I got older that I started to realize how many shitty people there really are in this world. Like around high school is when I started to experience the cunning side of people and I always though okay, they're just teenagers, once high school ends everything will be fine, adults are more mature... but nope, life is just as bad now if not worst because of all the excess responsibility but you still have to deal with shit bags. One thing that disgusts me is the fact that I'm sure that many of these people that lie to get ahead think they're so much smarter than the rest, they probably think "oh i'm getting one over on these people, they're so stupid" when in reality they just choose to take the easy route while others choose to be the better person.. often times I think they fail to realize that other people are well aware of their tendencies, I guess it depends on how arrogant they are. Maybe some know and just don't care. As someone who studies astrology, and has for about a decade... I've noticed that those with particular placements tend to lie more than others.. often times I see one placement that tends to be associated with good "Critical thinking" abilities and "General intelligence" in my experience this particular aspect tends to make people smarter, and less likely to let emotions affect their actions. Sometimes I wonder if there's a correlation between emotions and lying. Like are some people more prone to telling lies, if so why? My theory is that rather than having integrity (associated with compassion, morals, emotion) they choose to play it "smart" by just lying to get ahead or have an advantage.. its basically just the easy route, and they have no problem taking it because to them, it's not about playing fair, it's about playing smart.

Life is crazy. If feels long while you struggle through it but when you look back It seems so sort. So many regrets of things that could have and should have been different. One little bump in life can throw you off your path of what should have been. The circumstances of loved ones Can throw you off your path of what you thought life should have been. Make the best of life and make memories that will live on with your family and friends. Stop and take it all in sometimes. Sometimes in the middle of a moment I like to unknowingly take myself away from it all and observe. I'll observe to the point where I'm observing even the little details and I think to myself...this moment in time is never gonna happen again...and I try to store it away. Sometimes I'll look at a cloud on a beautiful day and stop and stare and think...no cloud will ever be the same not even that cloud and a second later the cloud has changed...stop and take it in because it could be gone the next second. One second and everything could change, will change and does change. Hold on to moments and memories because you never get them back. In the end when we're laying there waiting to take our last breath they're all we have and they're all we leave. I've always looked at my life like a foot print in the sand on the beach by the water...we leave a print and then the water washes it away. We're given this beautiful experience only once, make the best of it because we'll never get the chance to do it again. Make memories and love your family and friends as hard as you can. ✌
