My dad had race cars when I was growing up so I kind of lived in this world. He had a duster that would do a wheelstand like doms charger. I was lucky enough to show him and let him drive my 500 horsepower 4banger that could beat Ferraris and lambos before cancer took him in 06. Now I'm passing my knowledge and experience to my kids. Helped my oldest son build a diesel Dakota with a 4 cylinder Cummins. I have a couple of classic muscle that I built in honor of my dad but now I mostly build super strong trucks. I still have the van he built for my mom, a 77 ford econoline with a 429 cobra jet and a C6 trans. My wife calls it the A-team van. It was the only good thing my dad ever did while he was a terrible father he taught me a skill to pass down

My cousin Christopher Tuck received an award for this stunt. He was the stunt driver in the black car. It was a gnarly crash. He also received awards for the scene where the black cars hijack the semi, he was the driver of the car that went under the trailer. He also was a stunt man who jumped from the moving sports car to "rescue" the other guy hanging from the semi. That was the third award he received for this film. He is a different kind of guy.

Yes, if you didn't watch the past ending credits. It shows Dom in Mexico as he escapes and is now driving a Chevelle SS as the "Quarter Mile At a Time" Dialogue plays as he drives off into the sunset.
Plus, unless you watched the Prelude of 2F2F, you'll understand a bit more how Brian moved on as he too now was on the run as he also was technically a criminal now too since he basically helped Dom escape as well.
