the meds thing is so real because its hard to accept that they arent temporary. like once im on my meds for a while and i finally feel good again i think im cured and i can stop taking them but in reality there is no "cure" for a chemical imbalance in your brain and the medicine is forever.

poor baby. i teared up at the end. i’ve had anxiety attacks before and they are not fun so i know exactly what she was feeling. it just feels like everything’s going at a billion miles per hour but in the WRONG direction and you just can’t keep up. i’m so glad her team is so understanding and gentle and encouraging. especially with her BPD, she feels things on a more intense level and she struggles with regulating her emotions so it’s really cool that the rest of her team is patient and understanding enough to help her regulate and calm down.
It’s so intense to see how much power your mind has. A whole room could absolutely admire you and love you dearly but once your mind says they don’t or that you’re a disappointment it changes the whole ball game. It becomes your reality to you and getting you to believe otherwise is hard and it’s not because you do not want to believe it but because your mind is overpowering the truth and getting louder and louder with you, when there’s no one watching. It’s like it has a mind of its own but lives rent free inside of you and you pay the price. It was so beautiful seeing Bree and the other team members come in and support Nessa during these battles on the battlefield. Everything they said I would say was well said and comforting as well as reassuring and most importantly true. This is so raw, heart aching and beautiful all at the same time because it’s just you never know what goes on behind the scene yk, literally. I was blessed to see Nessa on this tour and the way she was on stage you would never think that backstage she was hurting so much. She owned that stage and she was so mesmerizing. This goes to show that you just never know what people are going through. Even the happiest face, has a story behind it and just because we don’t know it doesn’t mean it’s fair to judge or make assumptions just because we don’t know. All we can do is love and transfer that energy to anyone we meet because you never know their story and their heartache. With that being said, thank you Nessa for being so open, raw and 100 with us. Nessa even IF it was an embarrassing moment for you nobody would care, technical difficulties happen all the time, n honestly your fans shouldn’t judge you. What matters is that you, your mental health, etc always comes first. Putting ourselves into uncomfortable situations make us stronger. You are getting stronger Nessa even if you don’t realize it yet. You’re beautiful and your voice no matter what is angelic. I wish you saw what the world saw in you.

Nessa is beyond real for being as vulnerable as she is online and her entire crew is so amazing for helping her through everything. It’s so beautiful to watch this all fall into place even considering I went to her performance and would have never known how much went into it!
I hope nessa knows that it’s not her fault for technical difficulties. Honestly Sage is right if the microphone went off we would still sing to our hearts content. I mean she did her best and I hope she learns from this experience and knows that things like this can happen and that we understand.
