@@JonnyDuzzit your absolutely right, i had a customer from Hawaii around the years of 2000-2003 forgot his name,before i retired in the racing scene in manila..this dude bought all of our remaining race parts for Dio plus i thing he got one or our special 135cc dio fabricated engine from Taiwan..those were the good ol days of 2 stroke racing before we transitioned to the early yamaha mio engine days..
If these guys made a new engine case and connected water cooling system, why are they still using carburettor? They could implement an injector from 200cc bike and get a nice balance between power, longevity and fuel efficiency. However it is a great project.
@@districtss_1211 It'll work fine it's just more complicated to setup. You need a 2 injector setup and a more complicated ecu to deal with the quirks of the two stroke. Also at high rpm it's doing double the work of an equivalent 4 stroke engine

@@districtss_1211 The small fuel injection kits aren't that much. I looked into it for a project i wanted to complete and with 2 injectors ecu/software it was about $399. The software was excellent for it too. That's not out of line because the closest carb (Lectron) that can meter fuel comparatively is about $599. There is a perfection that a carb will struggle with compared to a fuel injected system. The closest i've gotten is fuel metering carbs like the lectron. Of course peak hp will be similar no matter what system you use. You have much more control when you don't have to rely on engine vacuum to fuel your engine. Something that is weak on a two stroke at low rpm's. Leads them to having a parabolic arc powerband until it gets on the pipe.

Non conosco la marca dei componenti, ma probabilmente sarà una marca di poca valenza perché un 180cc che va così poco fa ridere. I pezzi son belli e tutto ma sinceramente preferirei andasse anche lo scooter ahahahahah

because injection doesn’t work as great as carburator on 2 strokes
