    I would prefer the AMG E over the M5 for comfort. The slight performance edge the M5 has wouldn't be explored or noticed day to day. I think the E looks better too.

    I drove both and I really like the feel of the AMG E63S over the M5 Competition. Both were fast cars but for some reason the AMG felt better in cornering vs the M5 did. Both great cars!!!

    Test drove both the E63 and the M5 competition, and the M5 was a tad quicker, but, to my surprise the E63's steering was much more sharp and precise. The M5 looks better exterior wise, but the E63's interior is revolutionary.

    What I look for is big ass carbon ceramic brakes. That’s what I got with my M3. There’s a lot of really fast cars that don’t have the brake hardware to match their speed. I don’t think anyone has ever said, gosh, I wish my brakes were worse and with more fade.

    All due respect, but you are looking for a comfort sedan with some sportiness. If you want a sports sedan then M5 wins. I am a comfort guy so neither is on my purchase list. Regular E or 5 series works fine for me and saving 50K is not a bad thing either.

    • @ColinFox
      @ColinFox 4 года назад

      @@weirdshibainu I'm not preaching. I'm stating facts. And I have nothing to do with fossil fuels. I drive a Tesla, and I live in Vancouver. 100% of our power is hydroelectric. Why are you getting offended at my comment? The climate crisis is real. You breathe air, don't you? If you think gas cars are fine, try standing in a closed garage with one running for a few hours and tell me how you feel. Now multiply that by a billion - the planet is a closed system. There's nowhere to vent the garbage we put into the atomosphere.
      WAKE UP!
