Great summary!
Great suggestions.
What are your thoughts on the Leupold Mk4 LRT M1? Midway has it at a great price but it’s SFP and has a mil reticle and MOA turrets.
Sightron🎉🎉
Question- given the lower prices on some of the new FFP scopes out nowadays, wouldn't it be more advantageous to have new shooters learn FFP over SFP?
Awesome !
NF for the win!
I’m a visual learner I need your online course
Hey Ryan have a question im new in this sport thanks to you i mount my scope properly and i start shooting follow all your advice . I have a rugger 308 bolts action i start shooting at 200 yard then 300 yards but when i start at 700 yards but i was in a low position so i have my rifle aiming up so i set my scope at 7.5 MOA AND IT WAS low very low and i ended setting my scope at 12 MOA can u or someone explain me how ended shooting 5 MOA up of my 7.5
12 MOA at 700 yards, seems like you were shooting a very efficient round. Gravity is an accelerative force, so a bullet will drop faster as it flies down range. In Ryan's book, there is a concise chapter about ballistics. Also, an app like strelok pro, will provide you the needed MOA correction for your rifle/scope/ammunition combination.
Picking out a scope is a PITA lol.
I'm only interested in optics/scopes for people who have astigmatism. You ever thought of that Ryan Cleckner?
