I was in a terrible spiritual low point about 7 years ago. I was saved at a young age, but I got caught up and dragged down in the teachings of lordship salvation. To make a long story short, it was largely your teaching that the Holy Spirit used to get me out of that slump. It also got me excited about preaching the gospel to others, and I've had the privilege of witnessing dozens of men trust Christ as Savior since that time in my jail Ministry and elsewhere.. The lordship Salvation garbage taught by so many churches is nothing but a ball and chain and motivates basically nothing but fear and pride. Again, thank you.. God bless you.

The Pre Trib is getting attacked so much the past several years. It's almost impossible to get through to people on this subject.

Revelation 5 clearly reveals that the Church is at the throne before Jesus even opens the first seal! They are the redeemed. They were wearing white robes and crowns which means they were already judged. This is one place that should make it almost impossible to believe that the Church is still here during the tribulation.

I have so much disappointment in my son and I cannot tell anyone. He has used drugs in college, gotten tattoos and piercings, and goes to therapy for anxiety. He has no future job prospects with his degree of choice. I fear he will hurt himself when he cannot get a job and I also have thoughts of hurting myself due to his issues. I need help so bad and I don’t see how God can turn my sons situation around.
The power of prayer is amazing. Never give up praying for your son and asking God to guide him. God Bless.
Find a mediator to bring out the issues and talk together about this issues. If your son is a man, you must let him go and trust the Lord to care for him. Drop your guilt because it does not help you and focus on what you can do today while it is today to improve your life. I suggest a CrossFit gym. There is community there and the workouts help you get fit mentally, physically and biologically.

I believe the rapture before the tribulation comes
A lot of people don't realize that the tribulation is up until the sun and moon go dark and then the rapture, and then the great tribulation or wrath of Christ start.

It is a modern American phenomena to take a verb from a verse from the second coming and replace the second coming with it.
Jesus returns, the second advent comes first.
This "rapture" that people talk about is clearly written as being part of the second coming.
Funny, if I believed that, you would think I would teach that. It is even funnier to think I never thought about what you said. Read this verse very slowly, believing that in context, it has to refer to the verses before it. 2Th 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
This verse is saying that God has chosen the church to escape the tribulation because the Holy Spirit will catch us away because we believed the truth. Yankee

It speaks to escaping the deception that has come upon the world and all those whom God hands over to reprobate mind and the delusion therewith.
The spirit of antichrist was already in the world at the time of Paul's writing.
The "rapture" or more aptly the action of hapazo happens after the sign of the coming, after the shout of command, after the resurrection and after the transfiguration of those who remain.
It is purely an action of the Lord in a sequence of events and is thus therefore not an isolated event or an action on its own, separate from what is transpiring.
It is a curious anomaly to me that people have taken one step in a sequence of events out and fixated on it to the point of forming all kinds of doctrine through mental gymnastics.
The fact that it is the result of incorrect application of what I perceive to be wrongly divided scripture that makes me suspicious of it and anyone who fixates on it.
The second coming of the King of Kings is what occupies my mind and it is what I work towards, any rapture or getting caught up will happen at that point in time, it is not the main event nor is it worth fixating on to my mind.
The entire body of believers from the first fruits resurrection of Jesus will be caught up at that point in time resurrected from the grave and transfigured if they have not slept.
You have to see that the great tribulation and wrath are the same and start after the rapture, but the tribulation starts with war and famine and we believers will be here for that. The dividing factor is revelation 6 when the sun goes dark and the moon turns to blood.
I had a thought some time ago (I know that could be dangerous), since to prophesy is to speak God's Word's, wouldn't the entirety of Scripture be prophecy?
@Yankee Arnold Ministries thank you very much for your obedience to God, when it comes to your ministry. Far too many people choose to not speak with love to brothers in Christ, when it comes to differences in interpretation, like I have seen in these comments. I have just a few points I would like you to consider.
The "seven year tribulation" is a traditional term and not found in scripture. It is in fact, Daniel's 70th week. This is important because scripture doesn't say how long the Great Tribulation will be, but we do know it begins at the midweek (or in the midst) of Daniel's 70th week when the Abomination of Desolation happens. Daniel 9:27, "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."
There is a difference between Satan's wrath against Israel and the Church (the Great Tribulation) and then God's wrath, that begins on the Day of the Lord. (The same day of the great gathering of the saints, dead and alive, that Matt 24:31 & 1 Thess 4:16-17 speak of) It is the Day of the Lord that no man knows the day or time, taking place sometime in the 2nd half of Daniels 70th week, ending (cutting short) the great tribulation, fulfilling Matt 24:22, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."
This eschatology interpretation is called PreWrath; that is God's wrath not satan's. There are many wonderful studies on this covering all of the end time scriptures, even scriptures that do not line up with postmillennialism and amillennialism, and resolve the issue of mid-trib and post-trib, where those two create a timestamp on the gathering of saints. (that no man knows the day or time)
Aside from scripture alone, taking the character of God, in how He has always dealt with His people, there are no examples from scripture that any man of God was "saved" from suffering; even the apostles. The great tribulation will be satan's "he hath but a short time" Rev 12:12 wrath against Israel and the Church and will be the refining fire of many professing Christians, in whether they will take the mark (what ever that will be) or die.
The thing that makes my heart weep is that when this happens, many wonderful pretrib believing Christians will have their faith challenged in thinking they missed the rapture. We know from scripture that all will know when the Day of the Lord happens. Matt 24:29-31

Maybe a daft question, but what happens to our property when we’re raptured....? If I disappear suddenly, what happenstance my cats. Who’ll feed n care for their needs. And what happens to our money if we have any in the bank? I think it’s important to know because I’d like to prepare for the rapture.....
Yankee, I disagree with you about the timing of the rapture, but your passion for soulwinning, and your clarity of understanding of the gospel, are truly inspiring. Also, I think you're spot on about Christ returning soon, 2000 years after his departure. If, as I believe we will, we see the man of sin revealed and his war against us, just keep soulwinning. That's the way to make it to the rapture with maximum rewards.

I think 2 Thessalonians 2 teaches that the day of our gathering together to Jesus will not come except the falling away comes first, and that man of sin be revealed. I think we will know for sure who the Anti-Christ is before the Rapture. What most people don't realize is that the revealing of the Anti-Christ is not the start of the 7-year trib, the Anti-Christ signing the 7-year peace deal is.
Many seem ti believe the rapture is preferable to death or some kind of easy way out. I don't reckon the rapture is some kind of picnic.
Being snatched up into the air and having your entire body changed from one form to another is not my idea of relaxation.

@@7Logik Good point. Matthew 24 is not about the rapture. At that point (the Olivet Discourse), the Church did not even exist yet. Jesus will return for the remnant Jews at the end of the Great Tribulation.

Why was my comment removed? I have a very serious question. I go to a fellowship where the head teacher says that when you die you go to the grave. Your spirit does NOT go to heaven. Nothing goes to heaven when you die you go to the grave and even if you're there for 500 years you will sit in that grave and be completely unconscious knowing nothing. Then when Christ comes for the rapture you will rise from the grave to be with Christ in the rapture and then go to heaven for the 7 years while the tribulation is going on Earth. I always thought that when you died your spirit went to heaven but this guy's written three books on it he will talk to me about verse after verse how it's absolutely truth that scripture says when you die you know absolutely nothing you are asleep in the grave the next thing you know is you'll be with Jesus in the air. But when you die if you die before the rapture you will not go to heaven at all ever. Can you please tell me what is your point of view what is the truth about this it concerns me very much. When I was saved, all I knew was that Christ’s righteousness was accounted to me as a free gift so that I would go to heaven, the thought of whether or not I could lose it or whether or not it would inevitably result in works didn’t even cross my mind until months later

"All these are the BEGINNING of sorrows." Is it a coincidence that this verse is verse 8, the number of new beginnings? This is proof that God provided verse numbers to Scripture! Here is another; Revelation 13:18 "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." Note that 13 is the number associated with evil and 6+6+6 = 18
The number 13 is symbolic of rebellion and lawlessness in the Bible. Nimrod, the mighty hunter who was "before the Lord" (meaning he tried to take the place of God, Genesis 10:9), was generation 13 in Ham's line (Ham was one of Noah's three sons who survived the flood).
13 represents all the governments created by men, and inspired by Satan, in outright rebellion against the Eternal.
The dragon, a symbol for Satan, is found 13 times in Revelation. Satan is behind all rebellion against God.

Well I hope you're right on that but I don't believe the rapture is going to happen at all. I personally believe The Bible only teaches a second coming. and God has not appointed us to wrath; we have been saved from his wrath through Jesus Christ. So whether we live or we die, we die unto christ and we live unto christ. And knowing that we have eternal life and are not appointed to wrath as others, we can comfort our hearts with that, Even if we must lose our head. In truth God could pour out his wrath while we are still here and keep us from his wrath at the same time. I am not convinced that that passage given actually shows we will be raptured. Best to Be ready to go through the tribulation and not have to, then to have to and not be ready. Ie prepping.

The scripture has made it very clear the Body of Christ is raptured BEFORE the great tribulation. The rapture is DEFINITELY pre-tribulational!

In Rev 2:22, God has promised those who commit adultery with Jezebel (ADULTERERS) that they will be spared of the GREAT TRIBULATION if they REPENT of their deeds.

The SCRIPTURE, aka God’s word in Ephesians 1:13-14 CRYSTAL CLEARLY says I was already sealed with that holy Spirit when I BELIEVED the gospel of my salvation.

Rev 12: 11 and Rev 7:14 are those who have NOT repented now! They are unbelievers who are unrepentant! They are unbelievers (adulterers who commit adultery with Jezebel) who reject Jesus Christ now, so they have go through the great tribulation! Take 2070 AD - 7 years (Daniel's 70th week) = Feast of Trumpets 2063 AD as the time of the rapture of the Church. If I live that long I'll be 91 years old.

The craziest part of the pre-trib rapture theory is that Matthew 24 is about "the Jews." Jesus is alone with his saved disciples. If the rapture had happened in their lifetime, they would have gone up in it, and he tells them to watch for the signs that he's talking about. The elect are believers, and Jesus plainly says, in Matthew 24, that the elect are gathered up after the tribulation. This gathering is seen in Romans 6, when a great multitude appears in heaven, after the seals (3.5 years of tribulation) but before the trumpets and vials (3.5 years of wrath).
They (the ones left behind) realize they are in God's Wrath. They are calling for the rocks to fall on THEM! God is not proclaiming His Wrath. Its HUMANS who are left behind!
