Hey guys!!!!
Quick video today, showing how to avoid breaking the new Gohan 3.0 from the S.H.Figuarts line!!!
This video is for educational purposes only, I just want to help and I am not responsible for any damage, breakage of your figures, do it at your own risk.

I guessed I'm lucky cause my copy has smooth joints. I didn't need to put force when moving the legs but it's a good knowledge for any figure which has overly tight joints.
I always use this on figure joints if they to tight , or kiki fix if they loose
I would recommend oiling joints even when they seem fine cause they can tighten over time

This is exactly what I did when I got my second copy, plus I do this for all my figures
I always do this for stuck joints on figures , my cyclops marvel legends need some much more oil than gohan 😅

I usually put it in hot water, then move the joints around while it is hot.
Once the plastic is cold the effect of hot water will be gone
man I'm glad this showed up in my recommended before I got gohan, I definitely would've broken him by accident

I’ve put silicone oil on figures before but I ended up giving some a permanent residue that would get on my fingers. Did this end up giving you the same problem? I didn’t apply it the way you did so maybe I just need to give it another shot and try again
@@cburchfitness I going to check mine , pretty sure is fine , try a cotton swab with warm water ,maybe that clean off the residue!!
I saw there is this and something else that is like necessary for owning action figures? I think one for joint loose the other I forgot
Yes KiKi fix loose joints!!! i use this to fix the 3.0 trunks first release .
Isn't it better to remove the leg and apply the oil direct to the socket?
@@car7000 You can do it either way , i just did like this to avoid breaking the legs, they are fragile
are the legs usually very loose or they very tight?
Silicone oil is used when the joints are tight.
they normally to tight , i always use oil on any tight joints in figures so i recommend this to any figure !!!
Can You Just Sand The Joints On The Figure
you can , but you need take the legs off that’s risk to break ,but you can definitely do that !!
what if my figure already broke?

Yes it is, you only need apply again if you wash your figure or if your figure get wet.

Why is this a necessity on a 50$ fig? Can figurarts not fix this themselves?
Figuarts dont are the best of quality control some times
we should not need to do anything to a brand new figure , this one retail at 60$ i think , is a shame for bandai , i did the video to help people that already purchased the figure and don’t want break, but i totally agree with you

I dont think is a good ideia ,this could damaged your figure with time could make worst
Vi hoje que o novo gohan estava com muitos qc issues na perna, quase todos os gohan tinham qc issue lá. Vou cancelar a pre reserva e esperar o reissue!
pior que esse é só a parte da cintura feita de borracha prendendo a articulação, bandai deveria ter botado um óleo de fabrica, quando desmontei o goku lendário pra repintar, percebi que tinha óleo nas articulações, deveriam ter feito no Gohan uma coisa simples que estraga tudo !!!!

I don’t recommend, to many chemicals can be harmful for the plastic 100% silicone oil is perfect and safe

Hi I tried to by the oil from your video on eBay but instead what I got was gun lube. Will that also work or should I get a refund.
3.0 is garbage more like Trash 🗑
