Pink Ponderosa is a good one from 1800s also.

If I was to grow Brandywine again, it likely will be some similar pink beefsteak that are more productive.
Cowlick's Brandywine was the most prolific out of all the pink beefsteaks I have grown, but more juicy for a typical Brandywine and while good, isn't in that top tier level in term of flavor.
Stump of the World (SotW) is supposed to be more prolific and still retain the flavor. I tried growing it one year, but very likely my fault it didn't performed as well as I hoped. But there has been more than one person giving it a recommendation.
Dester is another pink beefsteak in that has good reputation among heirloom growers.
Garden space is a premium these days as I am on a project to discover new variety that are early, productive and easy to grow on patio, so unfortunately there will be less priority and space these old timer varieties for the next few years.
