I created my own drum beat in the midi editor and quantized it but it did not blend well with the initial track the tempo was off somehow so I just deleted all the drums it was too bad because I liked the sound a lot it just didn't mix well with the initial track so going to see your other video thank you***
Yo bro I've definitely made some improvements since I last got wit you but still have some trouble here an there adjusting snap sizes an things like that, but I have gotten to where I can use the metronome!! Lol thanks man frfr!! I wanted to ask what's tour bandlab profile name so I can reach out to you an see if you fucken with some of these beats and loops I've created?!?!?!
So if I'm doing this on my smartphone, basically I just need to purchase an 808 pack, add a kick to it and line it up to do what I want it to do? I'm fairly new to this app so I'm pretty lost. Do the 808 packs come in a chromatic scale so u can make it whatever key u want or do you have to buy a specific pack for each key?
I’m not 100% familiar with the app, but my guess is that you won’t necessarily be able to do it because most drum kits come as zip files. The best thing is the know what key your 808 is in, and if you have to, transpose it to whatever the root note is for your actual song
Holy goodness! That’s pretty loud IMO! I essentially start everything with the kick and have that hitting around -6db and then turn up the snare/clap until it sounds just as loud. At that point I’ll start to bring everything else in. But a good rule of thumb is that u would want ur kick to be the loudest element, especially with hip hop beats
Various drum kits that I’ve accumulated over the years. I mostly use the same 5 or 6 these days, but you can’t go wrong with the Zay 808, the Spinz 808, or anything from 808 Warfare
Not stupid at all…it’s an 808 from a pack that I got in my collection but now that Bandlab has a dedicated sampler I’ll be doing a video on how to find samples online and use them in Bandlab
If u saved it, then u should be able to reopen and continue the project, but I’m not aware of anything that will allow the project to continue after u close it
When i go to the samples, bandlab sounds, i listen to any trap/drill beat and its great, but when i add it to the edit board and listen, it sounds distorted, really messed up, all the other sounds come out perfectly except traps and drills, plz help Edit* most unique sounds are coming out slow and distorted its making me angry im halfway done with my track and its acting up 🙁
Sounds like there may be some effects already on the track that you are adding your samples too. Double check that there are no effects and that the volume fader is at default
@@bloodshedicicleandrazor6129 have the track selected (not the region. Go all the way to the left and select the track that is hosting the audio). At the bottom left there should be a button labeled “Effect”. Click that button and make sure that no effects are popping up at the bottom
I hate loops it’s not making music at all it’s just lazy which is why I am asking anyone if it’s possible to use BandLab fx on 808 basses to make drill type bass. I know it is used making fx and 808 but I don’t know which ones or how much of it.
Sorry for self advertising but I just posted preset video and there’s this Bandlab trick for cleaner vocals I think everyone should know about 💯 Trust me check it out
u saved my life bro
Lol, happy to help my guy 👊🏽
I’m not lazy, I don’t use loops. I make it so it isn’t boring.
