Harbor Freight has a "Deluxe Wheel & Grill Brush" kit that is $4.99 and has a nice thin cleaning brush that is good for getting the areas in between from and wheels, in the corners of the chain stays, all those smaller areas the big brushes can't reach well. I have the TowWhee and it's great for pulling my daughter along up hills.
