This Tsunoda favouritism need to stop. He started P11 and immediately lost places to Hulkenberg and Hamilton. Cooked his soft and medium tyres early that they had to respond by pitting him early. That wasn't a strategy issue. you weren't prepared to give daniel the same grace when he lost sure points in Hungary from an even worser strategy. Tsunoda then couldn't get past Logan sargeant despite the 10 lap tyre advantage, whereas Daniel passed Albon with ease. Daniel also made 4 overtakes, yuki did none. He was NOT performing. Daniel had great tyre management which allowed him to catch up with Magnussen, Albon & Lance towards the end. One more lap he would've even gotten Hulkenberg

I definitely believe that McLaren are a team like Red Bull or Mercedes (when Bottas was with the team), in the sense that they will do anything for their lead driver, and that includes the way the car is set up. You even admit this by saying that Max is being a victim of his own success, apparently he could only have gotten a 10 if he had won despite not having the best car (which you described as looking like he's on ice), and yet he drove a flawless race, he could not have driven any better or gotten more out of that car. But Daniel only won because of Lewis and max colliding, if they hadn’t collided then Daniel and lando wouldn’t of got a 1-2. Lando has been in a “best of the rest” midfield car for 4 years.
Start of 2023 was an awful McLaren but Austria and the latter half of 2023, they were considered the second best (Brazil as an example). That was Oscar’s 1st season. Considering how fast developing Lando has been in his career, that is achieveable, especially when you realise Max was in the exact same spot in 2021, he made 1/2 too many pressyred mistakes. As well as that, I think people forget Oscar is already 22, only 2 years younger than Lando. He's got to find A LOT of consistency and make his current best drives, his standard, if he wants to lead McLaren. He cannot have races like China, where he's 40 seconds off Lando and 10 seconds behind after 14 laps, or Spain where he's P7 while Lando's frustratingly close to winning, or Dutch where he's 30 seconds off Lando and failing to make the podium while Lando dominates. In 2022, that McLaren had no right even being near Alpine and yet he was the one who finished 7th in the standings and very nearly dragged the team to P4. This is in car with no notable strengths lmao

He’s not quite up there with Max, however he has so many different skills which keep him in contention
      1) He’s a strong qualifier- Never been out-qualified by a teammate in his career and has a ridiculous Q3 appearance %
      2) Incredibly clean and consistent driver, 6 year career in the midfield, only 1 avoidable contact penalty and not many crashes
      3) His race pace is among the best on the grid, able to bank consistent laps, almost always moves forward as a race progresses
      4) His tyre management is excellent, he’s able to run quick laps without hurting the tyres, keeps them sharp until the end
      5) His racecraft is phenomenal, he can put on a clinic of precise overtakes, race wheel to wheel for multiple laps, or put on a masterclass defense (Silverstone last season)
      6) He’s excellent in wet conditions, put on second on the field in China sprint quali and was absolutely flying in Canada

And then giving Oscar a 7 for what might well be his worst performance of his F1 career so far? He missed the podium in easily the best car on the grid. That's a 4 at best.
