Because they still get the job, add it on their CV, this opens more doors for them even if they get thrown out and at their next interview they can say that they just didn't fit the company. But I mean if you were smart enough to lyp sinc, you could also use that time until you get fired to learn stuff. Just saying, I'm not a practicioner.

In my last interview the Senior dev himself got his facts wrong 😂😂. I told him how the "finally" block in java works and he said "check your information" and after the interview I did - I was correct. No loyalty, no transparency , nothing. They don't deserve it

All he did was to work and pay someone to do everything for him, and all he did was to present it. But as they say, eventually, the truth comes out. He got a job in a reputable research institute based on the work he didn't do. But, his contract was canceled after a year because he had no idea what he was doing, and it was above the expertise of the person he had paid earlier for his research. Just be honest guys! If you don't get the job, try the next.

It’s been very difficult to even get an interview. People are asking where I did bachelors from even though I have masters in the US. This is being ridiculous and very embarrassing to even say I’m from telnagana.

The trouble which we get to the work done from the US team (which contains all Indians only) gives us nightmares on a daily basis. They neither have expertise nor communication skill but think they are superior to run the whole company.
