This was very interesting. I did request my dealer not do any washing or waxing of the exterior. What I did do was take the car to have paint correction and Ceramic coating applied very first thing. Cheers!
Watching this makes me want to tell my dealer not to touch anything before I take delivery. Lol already had swirls in my paint and minor scratches on my leather🤦🏽♂️
Yes and no. The wrap on the outside prevents the dealer from being able to install all of the dealer installed items. The car also needs to be inspected upon delivery for any transport damage. I can’t do either if it still has the cover on it, but I have worked with customers for them to be on site when the vehicle arrives so they can unwrap it themselves.
GM is holding all Canadian bound C8s in BG since beginning of Jan 2024 because there is a Canada wide recall for Daylight Running Light for C8s and other GM vehicles. To date there has been no fix, rumour is that the fix will be ready by end of March.
I reached 3800 today, mine will get delivered soon, so this video makes worth the wait!
