As of today they have 2,923 C8 Corvettes for sale on CarGurus. I'm holding off for winter and will be hunting a C8 3LT convertible with every option and low miles for around $65,000. If not, I will hold off for another year.
Depending on the down payment I cannot see any of these being under $1k a month 😳?!?!? Nope no way can I or will I ever have any of these in my lifetime. I do have 2 wonderful sons though and that alone makes my life a success 🙂

You totally forgot to mention what trim, and options come on that low $80s over in Miami as well as the MSRP. the vast majority of my customers pay over $100k for them and they usually pay cash. Most of my Z06 customers are around $170k and also pay cash. Now if you want to buy a base 1LT without any options what so ever then go for it. What are you waiting for?

If you want a C8. Build it and order it. Don’t buy this guys C8 that he has shipped in that he likes. Order what you like. 75,000 for a 1LT. With several really nice options added to it. Only way to go.
After driving two C8 Corvettes I could care less about all the other models. Well.............. I do love the 1967 big block cars and the 63 split window cars.
Your discounts are getting hammered by other dealers like Les Stanford and Ciocca. They are giving 6k discount on 70k MSRP Corvettes. You gotta do better.
Well I sold one today and I have 4 in production for customers right now. Not everything at Ciocca is discounted that much if you look at all of their inventory. $5,000 under MSRP is a great deal. Invoice is $6,000.
Sad that GM said the C8 was going to be an 'affordable Corvette' and committed to pricing around $60K. That sure didn't last long! Even $60K is out of reach for most people especially on an impractical car, but who's buying these $100K cars? Certainly not the average worker. Same with trucks, people are becoming 'car poor' with these 7, 8 and even TEN YEAR loans! The auto industry is nuts and out of control and much blame goes to the banks who are enabling people to borrow $100K for ten years on a depreciating item.

there are 3,119 new 24s for sale right now. They've been producing more per week than they have been selling for over a month...And you're telling me they start production on the 2025s in 2 weeks?
For the cost of these you could EASILY get some really classic old "bad assed" cars that look nice, gut the old stuff put in new engine, brake and transmission systems etc (new EVERYTHING and STILL pay almost half as much as these cost. You can get Datsun 280z / zxs for about 8-10k, gut the innards and do what I said and spend less than 40-50k and even trick them out- the originals of that car were LIGHT. turbocharge that and boom
2009 c6 was 48k. 2019 c7 was 55. 2024 c8 is 69k (or 100k according to this dealer) 7k in 10 years then 14k in 5 years. Inflation sucks. Started with 09 as that’s the year of mine

I don’t often have a car in stock that’s exactly what a customer wants. That’s the benefit to ordering and it’s really nice when it comes in 4 to 6 weeks after placing that order. I had a customer last week call me from one of my videos showing my inventory. The man was happier than a kid in a candy shop because I could order exactly what he wanted and get it so quick. He was frustrated with his experience at another dealer when he called me. He couldn’t have been happier with my service and placed his order immediately at MSRP. I will do another video with him when his car arrives.

Of course you like the Z51, mag ride, front lift, 2LT, sport seats! It damn near doubles the MSRP of the original base C8! There's not as much profit margin on a base C8 with only Z51 pkg (the way I would spec mine). Though out of $ range of most real people, these are still a good value compared to seriously expensive competition- but only if you lay off all the fru-fru options! Typical dealer. I'll stick with previous generations anyways, as I need a manual (the double clutch in these are having major issues, as expected), I won't do cylinder deactivation, direct injection, touch screens, or Spyware technology. All for well-documented reliability and security reasons. I also must be able to maintain, work on, and most importantly modify the engine myself. I guess that leaves me with C5s and C6s. Yeah, I'm sure you see me as a pathetic 'commoner' 😅
My coupe is a 2LT Z51. Roof panel is cacti green and carbon flash trim accents. Comes equipped with the front lift and magnetic ride. It has the bronze 20 spoke wheels and black calipers. GT 2 seats with black seat belts with the natural interior. Also has black exhaust tips. My convertible is equipped very similar to the coupe.
Sounds to me like your way over mSRP? Just watched an interview with the corv dev director and he was bragging about still being able to keep the base z51 cars sub $100k
You asked for suggestions to improve your videos, so here's one I noticed right away at 0:14...it's not loosing, it's losing, one 'O.' Ask someone to proofread your text. That would be my suggestion to improve professionalism. Next, have prices written down on your script, looks more professional than walking around to look at the sticker, especially for a vehicle without the window sticker and guessing at the price. Finally, have the keys with you for the cars outside. Enjoyed the tour, beautiful cars, the red is the only color I would get on this car though the black with tan interior is a close second. Never seen so many Vettes in a single showroom before. Must do good business there.
Riptide blue was a new color for 2024. It’s not impossible to find one for around that $70k mark, but it’s going to be very difficult. If you do find one, it’s going to be high mileage or have a bad car fax. Your best bet is to search for one that is not a Z51 and does not come with mag ride or a front lift. MSRP will be lower on that car and help get you closer to that $70k area.
I new something was coming out with warriors. I heard a commentor on a randomyoutube video a year ago say come out and playaa. And no one knew what it was. But i jad seen the 80s movie once when i was 8 at a friend's house so i knew the reference. And i figured either a remake or a video game was about to come out. Because companies drop hints years in advance of something which jog memory's and get them talking and thinking about a thing to get hype and a base of support befor anyone knows that way they see ot coming out later on and there more likely to biy
I think it could be done, but you would have to arrange and pay for the entire shipping process yourself. I would have nothing to do with any part of that.

So many of the hypersonic gray HTC C8s last year had red seats if not also red dash and red seats. No. Had to fly to Dallas area to pick up one with black seats and black dash and no red (really wanted tan seats, though, but only ever saw one hypersonic gray with tan seats in the entire country and it didn't have the other specs I wanted). A lot more people do not want red outside or inside than so many of the dealers apparently think. Please, give it a rest with the red, folks. Sure, some people like it, but way, way, way over represented. If you're not going to stick with black, what accent color for things like the calipers looks a lot better than red with hypersonic gray: yellow. Inspired by killer pinstripes on the Lotus Evija Fittipaldi (in black JPS livery with gold pin stripes), of which only eight are being made (0 to 189 in 9.1 seconds), I'm adding bright yellow pinstripes in a similar pattern to my hypersonic gray C8 and the same yellow color on the center caps. First, I'm getting the spoiler, boomerangs, and front trim (by the front vents) in color-matching hypersonic gray instead of carbon flash black so that it's less busy and slightly more elegant/simple to start out.
Hypersonic grey is nice. Saw one in person and it looks sharp. Sucks that they're getting rid of it or not replacing it with a nice dark grey metallic.
You keep calling that tan interior dipped and it’s not. Dipped interior has everything in the interior colored in tan. As a dealer you should know the difference
I do know the difference. Im more familiar with these cars than most, but when i get in front of the camera i get nervouse and sometimes i speak faster than i think because im worried about the smoothness of what im doing.

I have heard that chevrolet is complaining that the deslers are jacking up the price so bad, that its effecting the sales. Seen a web site where the factory has parking lots full of new vettes, that are not sold. A base price for a base vette is 69k. But go to the dealership, they want 90k to 110k. I know they need a profit, but come on, thats a house cost. I'm been looking for a C8, but I'm not going to pay that.
I don’t know of any dealers selling them over MSRP these days. Very few people are looking for a base C8 and there are very few options available that don’t increase the price above $70k. The reason there are so many on lots now are because production has ramped up big time on them. It used to take me 4 to 6 months to get them after ordering and we got few allocations. Now I get them in 4 to 6 weeks and I get allocations every week. The market is oversaturated with them at this point. It’s just the balance of supply and demand.
They get at least a 6% profit selling at MSRP plus kick backs from financing companies. There are still some greedy unethical dealerships still out there..
A hefty dealership profit is ALREADY built into the price at MSRP. That's why SOME dealers sell below MSRP and still make a profit. Dealers selling over MSRP are simply gouging the customer, plain as that. If failing 'truth in advertising' were a felony crime virtually EVERY dealership owner and salesman would be doing 20+ years in jail, LOL. "No haggling" is for the dealer's benefit, NOT for yours, rest assured.
@@ModernGolfer I have mine discounted $5k under MSRP. Invoice is generally $6k under MSRP. I don’t think there’s any haggling to have at that point. Plus, none of my customers want to feel like that have to fight for the best deal they can get. I’ve never had a customer come and tell me they enjoy that. I also rarely finance these cars. Well over half of my customers pay cash. The other half generally finance through their bank. A few finance here with me and it’s because I don’t provide exceptional financing options, it’s because I let my customers do it their way.

I’ve been getting them in 6 weeks from the time an allocation is given. I’m sure there will be some type of initial delay on the 25 though.

You asked for suggestions to improve your videos, so here's one I noticed right away at 0:14...it's not loosing, it's losing, one 'O.' Ask someone to proofread your text. That would be my suggestion to improve professionalism.
Next, have prices written down on your script, looks more professional than walking around to look at the sticker, especially for a vehicle without the window sticker and guessing at the price.
Finally, have the keys with you for the cars outside.
Enjoyed the tour, beautiful cars, the red is the only color I would get on this car though the black with tan interior is a close second. Never seen so many Vettes in a single showroom before. Must do good business there.

Riptide blue was a new color for 2024. It’s not impossible to find one for around that $70k mark, but it’s going to be very difficult. If you do find one, it’s going to be high mileage or have a bad car fax. Your best bet is to search for one that is not a Z51 and does not come with mag ride or a front lift. MSRP will be lower on that car and help get you closer to that $70k area.

I new something was coming out with warriors. I heard a commentor on a randomyoutube video a year ago say come out and playaa. And no one knew what it was. But i jad seen the 80s movie once when i was 8 at a friend's house so i knew the reference. And i figured either a remake or a video game was about to come out. Because companies drop hints years in advance of something which jog memory's and get them talking and thinking about a thing to get hype and a base of support befor anyone knows that way they see ot coming out later on and there more likely to biy

So many of the hypersonic gray HTC C8s last year had red seats if not also red dash and red seats. No. Had to fly to Dallas area to pick up one with black seats and black dash and no red (really wanted tan seats, though, but only ever saw one hypersonic gray with tan seats in the entire country and it didn't have the other specs I wanted). A lot more people do not want red outside or inside than so many of the dealers apparently think. Please, give it a rest with the red, folks. Sure, some people like it, but way, way, way over represented. If you're not going to stick with black, what accent color for things like the calipers looks a lot better than red with hypersonic gray: yellow. Inspired by killer pinstripes on the Lotus Evija Fittipaldi (in black JPS livery with gold pin stripes), of which only eight are being made (0 to 189 in 9.1 seconds), I'm adding bright yellow pinstripes in a similar pattern to my hypersonic gray C8 and the same yellow color on the center caps. First, I'm getting the spoiler, boomerangs, and front trim (by the front vents) in color-matching hypersonic gray instead of carbon flash black so that it's less busy and slightly more elegant/simple to start out.

Hypersonic grey is nice. Saw one in person and it looks sharp. Sucks that they're getting rid of it or not replacing it with a nice dark grey metallic.
Ill wait a few years and get them cheaper im in no hurry to buy one.

You keep calling that tan interior dipped and it’s not. Dipped interior has everything in the interior colored in tan. As a dealer you should know the difference
I do know the difference. Im more familiar with these cars than most, but when i get in front of the camera i get nervouse and sometimes i speak faster than i think because im worried about the smoothness of what im doing.

And I get it I suck at making videos but am great at giving presentations to customers even though I’m in a room full of strangers. Something about being in front of the camera is intimidating.

I have heard that chevrolet is complaining that the deslers are jacking up the price so bad, that its effecting the sales. Seen a web site where the factory has parking lots full of new vettes, that are not sold. A base price for a base vette is 69k. But go to the dealership, they want 90k to 110k. I know they need a profit, but come on, thats a house cost. I'm been looking for a C8, but I'm not going to pay that.
I don’t know of any dealers selling them over MSRP these days. Very few people are looking for a base C8 and there are very few options available that don’t increase the price above $70k. The reason there are so many on lots now are because production has ramped up big time on them. It used to take me 4 to 6 months to get them after ordering and we got few allocations. Now I get them in 4 to 6 weeks and I get allocations every week. The market is oversaturated with them at this point. It’s just the balance of supply and demand.
They get at least a 6% profit selling at MSRP plus kick backs from financing companies. There are still some greedy unethical dealerships still out there..
A hefty dealership profit is ALREADY built into the price at MSRP. That's why SOME dealers sell below MSRP and still make a profit. Dealers selling over MSRP are simply gouging the customer, plain as that. If failing 'truth in advertising' were a felony crime virtually EVERY dealership owner and salesman would be doing 20+ years in jail, LOL.
"No haggling" is for the dealer's benefit, NOT for yours, rest assured.
@@ModernGolfer I have mine discounted $5k under MSRP. Invoice is generally $6k under MSRP. I don’t think there’s any haggling to have at that point. Plus, none of my customers want to feel like that have to fight for the best deal they can get. I’ve never had a customer come and tell me they enjoy that.
I also rarely finance these cars. Well over half of my customers pay cash. The other half generally finance through their bank. A few finance here with me and it’s because I don’t provide exceptional financing options, it’s because I let my customers do it their way.
