I can relate to the leg length thing - annoying! Recommend finding a physical therapist to determine if it’s functional or an actual length difference, esp if your back hurts.
had a really bad ear blockage too lat year and even despite buying the ear de-blocker kits from the pharmacy just had to go to the dr to get it flushed -- felt unreal to hear with both ears after having it blocked for almost a month lmao.
I have had a blocked ear before. The most important advice that i would give is pay to privately get your ears vacuumed. It cost like £60 but they vacuumed out both my ears, the blockage went away instantly, there was no pain or anything, and then life went back to normal again. Please please please if you are reading this follow this advice
