Hello, if you meant the green fibers, they are pieces of polyester silk thread used for machine embroidery or making tassels. I bought different colors of silk thread spools and cut a piece of long yarn into smaller pieces. You can find them in thread or embroidery shop. You can also fray satin ribbon and cut them into small pieces.
It will be difficult with Epoxy resin with high chances of leaking. You can give it a try though when resin becomes very thick and let different colored section cure before adding resin in another section. Good luck!

I began this with 11 cm to make a hanging ring instead of adding a ring.
That's great.👍 It is much easier than adding a ring later. Adding a ring can be a hassle.😢
