Hi! Thank you for the beauty!❤Do you not use some kind of finishing coating besides UV resin? After all, UV resin still does not turn out to be as glassy as epoxy🤔...
Aplico una fina capa de resina UV negra y curo la capa para que haya muchas posibilidades de que se seque por completo. Además, la capa se encuentra entre las capas transparentes que se curan adecuadamente, por lo que no tengo muchos problemas al respecto.
Greetings from Mumbai, India. Have recently come across your channel and must congratulate you on the wonderful and creative designs you come up with. May I ask you, what guage of wire do you use?? Thank you for a reply and hope to see many more beautiful creations from you.
You can make about 5 earrings using 20 gm UV resin but it also depends on the size and shape of the earring. It will be beneficial to have a UV lamp but it is not necessary. You can let the UV resin cure under the sun as well but it takes more time. On sunny days, UV resin cures faster and better. It needs UV light for reaction to occur and cure, so UV light either from artificial light or sunlight is needed unlike epoxy resin that cures after a day or two.
The tool I am using is a silicone brush. It works just like a normal brush, it does not squirt resin. Many are confused and mistaken about it because of the way the video is edited.😔 I have edited out the parts where I go back and forth to dip the brush in the UV resin to decrease the video length.
Pieces come out easily while using resin tape than other tape. Sometimes the tape residue remains but it is easier to remove them. This usually happens to me when I leave the tape exposed to air for a longer period of time. So, I pour resin as soon as I stick the frames onto the tape.
Beautiful, I have to try it.
Please do! 😊
I love your vedios.... Nd I will try it.... Hope you will make nxt wonderful earrings..... Love frm INDIA.....

Hola Sandra. Muchas gracias.❤❤
Love your work it’s so lovely. What are the small cups you mix the colour resin in thank you

No, I don't. It might not be as glassy as epoxy but it cures hard and fine as long as it cures properly.
Beautiful.
Thank you ☺️
Con el papel aluminio se ve muy bonito y de paso le das filo a las tijeras ✂️😉
Gracias😊. Y sí, recientemente me di cuenta de que también afilé mis tijeras.😁 Yo no sabía eso antes.
Which thickness of wire did you use? Beautiful video.
Thank you so much! it is gauge 18 wire.
@@CharmsDIY Thank you.
Beautiful
Thank you ☺️
Using the foil as a reflector is brilliant!
Cutting foil helps keep scissors sharp.
That is new information to me. I didn't know about it keeping the scissors sharp. Thank you so much ☺️
As always your creations are so beautiful! Thank you again. Greetings from Washington State USA.
Thank you so much 🥰
Te cura bien la resina negra? La luz ultravioleta no pasa a través del negro

I have a question about your wire. I noticed how straight it is. When I buy wire it is always coiled. Are there other ways to buy wire?
Mine comes coiled as well. I straighten the wire before using it.
@@CharmsDIY wow! You do a good job straightening them!
What can I use to keep the earring hooks from getting dark or are there earring hooks that don’t turn dark that I can buy
I too have noticed that some earrings hooks get dark with time and some don't. I guess it depends on the quality of the hooks. 🙁
Keeping them in a sealed bags prevents oxidation. You can also purchase a silver jewelry polishing cloth
@@jjzjewelry thank you for the advice ☺
What size of wire do you use and kind of wire?
Hi! I use 1 mm thick aluminum wire, gauge 18.
How do you get the cured resin off of the tape so easily? It always sticks and leaves so much tape residue on the backs, for me.
Pieces come out easily while using resin tape than other tape. Sometimes the tape residue remains but it is easier to remove them. This usually happens to me when I leave the tape exposed to air for a longer period of time. So, I pour resin as soon as I stick the frames onto the tape.
@@CharmsDIY Ohhhh that’s a good tip! Thank you dearest!
