this is awesome. i'm so curious to know how you got them to make the letterforms and then keep going. is that project file in your notion guide?

Thank you :) The one with letterforms is not in the guide as it's not the tutorial material, but I'll see if i can make a part 2 of this tutorial in the future. It has something to do with "Goal Modifier" 😉

Great tutorial! Have you completely quit AE? If so, why?

Thanks! No, I'm still using AE for a lot of projects, I don't think Cavalry necessarily made to substitute AE completely, but it works better for some animations styles :)

@@heyalisamotion Got it. What styles would you say is best for Cavalry and best for AE? It looks like a lot of flat graphic design is easier to animate in Cavalry?

O.M.G! You’re a genius! How do you come up with such cool stuff? I’m learning Cavalry, and my main problem is that I can’t seem to start thinking in “Cavalry space.” What would you advise? Thank you so much for your tutorials! Please keep them coming!

Thanks! Ahaha I don’t know just a lot of experimentation. It’s an interesting questions actually, I think I’ll keep it for a post/article or another tutorial. What background do you have? AE?

      @@heyalisamotion Thanks for your reply!
In fact, my experience in motion design is approximately zero, and this, I think, is the whole point 😉
I'm a “classic graphic designer”, but I've always looked at motion works with admiration.
It somehow didn’t work out with the AE, but Cavalry hooked me at first sight.
I just opened your Guide. It’s beautiful! I think it will help me a lot. Thank you very much for your great work!
We'll be waiting for new cool things from you!

@@user-kd4fw8jt8c Oh thanks a lot for buying the guide, hope it will be helpful for you :)
And for the context on the "cavalry space" thing. It make sense, I think it's easier to start with Cavalry in many ways and you can immediately create some super impressive things, but then you realize just how much there is still to learn😂

Yes, Cavalry impresses with its possibilities for experiments and speed of work. I'll keep learning 😊
