Beautiful enclosure! Only addition I’d make are raised nesting boxes and perches and other off-the-ground surfaces. Mandarins are considered a perching duck for a reason!

How to wash water tank
To clean the water I just use a garden hose and siphon it out. It's pretty easy. Or sometimes I use a electric pump.
