*Just completed a big trim project on my house **MyBest.Tools** Performed very well. Also appreciate how easy it is to move, set up and store with the integrated stand. No more cutting wood on my knees.*

I just bought the same saw. To store the mitre gauge, you have to slide the small fence on the mitre gauge down a little bit so that you can slide it in perfectly.

Bought same saw 3 weeks ago. Fence had slight twist - 90 degrees at closest part of sled but fence leans 1.5mm over 90 degrees at furthest end of fence. Took back and Dewalt has full replacement in 30 days, which is great. From what I can gather the fence seems to be the only bit of the saw that can’t be adjusted. Got replacement saw - similar issue - this time the fence not 90 degrees along full length of fence - .5mm lean over at top of fence. Such a pity this can’t be adjusted. Now question to just keep it or try another replacement…

That sucks, but 0.5mm is probably an acceptable tolerance in a saw of this price point…

Enjoyed your vid. I noticed that the saw was wobbling around a bit, was that just a wobbly table it was sitting on? I’ll be keeping it permanently in the shed bolted to a solid table, could I remove the rubber on the feet and bolt it down there?

Yea that table was definitely wobbly. Have a look at my workbench build and you can see how it sits in there. It’s not bolted in and doesn’t move at all.

I removed the feet and bolted it to a table. Much safer as this is a home saw not for the jobsite.

PLEASE!!! Push the piece fully through the machine. I’ve seen them catch the blade and get thrown back at you and trust me when I say it will at very least hurt like hell. I’ve even met a guy that lost his eye (even with goggles on).

      @@theweekendcraftsman486 Thanks for the video.
Your work height is too high. Any kickback or whatever and your face/eyes are that much closer to the flying wood and wood chips. Also . . . it just looks wrong. I reckon/hope this is a temporary location. I think my 745 is a bit on the high side too and I will be sorting that out before my next project appears.
Mine was bought used so never got a mitre guide but that's okay, I bought a good quality one that I chose.

I have a similar model that I had difficulty with when cutting picture frames. Turns out the table has a 'dish' of close to 1mm!
    Check before you buy.

Very annoying but I’d say 1mm probably fits within their allowed QC allowance, we aren’t talking about a $3000 saw here.

Does this version have room for a dado stack ?

It’s a piece of crap. The blade holder jumps back and forth at the rear of the table. You can’t keep it square. I returned this piece of junk within the 90 days warranty.
Screw the features. It can’t hold a square fence.

So all the RUclipsrs (and moi) who crow about how darn good this table saw is, are . . liars?
And, I don't follow what you mean by, "blade holder . . . . at the rear of the table." ???
Bad workmen blame their tools. You ever hear that?
