I’ve mixed a short winter tour with them and yes they sound this great live.
I am 12 years old. This school year for about 3 months I dealt with very serious anxiety and panic attacks. It was a night when I was in my bed and I bought this song and listened to the lyrics "..this is where all the worry ends. This is where I say I don't need to have control". That song made me so happy and gave me relief and For King and Country helps me through the toughest things in my life and I know that I can go to there songs to give me strength
If you listen to this song and your not either jumping for joy or almost nk tears, then you need to ACTUALLY listen to it. I'm one or the other every time I listen to this. Praise The Lord!

Whatever adversity you go through in life give it to God and God will get you through it or it will be the best for you then. I'm totally trusting God to either get me through this or I'm going home to heaven, so either way I win. Trust in God in all ways always.
I wrote the above post because I’ve survived a stroke, a blood bacteria and lymphoma cancer. My 1st thought was they were just joking that I really didn’t have cancer, but within a few minutes I realized that they weren’t kidding, that I really did have the big C word. My 2nd thought was, “OK God how do we get through this together? “ Because I knew that there was no way I was ever going to survive everything I was about to go through without God by my side. Many times people Christians and non Christians pray that God would rescue them out of adversity they go through in life, but you know what? Many times God doesn’t want to rescue us out of the adversity we are going through, God wants to teach us lessons that we would never learn any other way except to go through them. But God gives us the freedom to decide how we are going to respond to the adversity we are going through. Do we put our faith in God, or do we ask God to rescue us out of it?
I'm 50 yrs old and a widow. My husband passed over 10 yrs ago and I finished raising my two children. The first time I heard this band, they touched my heart. I've been wanting to find out how to get them to come to Greenville, SC. I would love to ask them so many questions. They are very different and some of the instruments they use, aren't used the way other bands use them. Luke and Joel actually play and sing, which is awesome because they have such great stage presence!
I wish you both a continued love for God and using it to inspire and heal so many who need Jesus in their lives! God bless you wherever you are!

Talk about not having control I'm fighting lymphoma cancer and 2 years ago I had a stroke. Only with God can I overcome them. Through God all things are possible. With God I will beat my cancer.

Update: I not only beat cancer, but I beat a blood bacteria too . And last week I got my Drivers License back and a car too. Last night I saw For King and Country in concert in Fargo, North Dakota, they were awesome.
This guys cant do anything wrong. Every song makes me feel like is God Who is speaking to me.

Kelly this was the very first song I heard from this amazing band. It is so interesting to hear the different things we take from a song. That is the beauty of songs. I also was so impressed with the different instruments and the amount of percussion For King and Country incorporate into their songs. Sometimes the music overshadows the message, but their message is so loud and clear evidenced by your post.
They are my second favorite band. They sing all of my "bad day" songs and I can't get enough of their music. They are incredibly inspiring and I love them both. They are very obviously good men who truly live out the gospel and are filled with the spirit. I so want to go and see them in concert one day.

i totally agree for King & Country touched my ❤️ with their lyrics and music, i guess that is what Joel Smallbone refers to when he claims music is powerful and when combined with God's Word it can touch our ♥️ profoundly, for King & Country does have great stage presence, i think we are truly blessed to have for King & Country at this time in our lives, both Joel and his brother, Luke, are so talented and the band members for King & Country are so dynamic on stage, they are all definitely blessed and talented to do what they do, when i feel challenged i put them on and it lightens the load.

LOL, I've seen them live twice, and both times the audience was very still, Their music has more of a worship feel.. Even with the bass hitting you like fist. But they are pretty amazing live.
