Mi have fi have a spot at the sanctuary for two reasons its a bird sanctuary I am a bird lover and the water fall river - bwoy Jamaica always suck me back in she is beautiful. Hollywood Florida. I went on your channel by just surfing around at 5 am - you pulled me in - Mi want piece of the rock JA.

Came from the US to purchase a home and this place was #1 on my list thanks to your video. Roads up the hill were scary. Never found this area. Locals directed us to the Sanctuary at the Retreat but not Farm Hill. Still have a few weeks before going back to the States. Would love to see before making a final decision.

You did a great job with the tour of the house and the land Thank you The community will be just the size that I am looking for that along with the builder working with you makes for a wonderful thing.

The design of the home is wonderful, but the finishing of the house appears to be rough. If this is a model unit, the the workmanship is mediocre, regardless of how spacious or how splendid it as been designed. Ceramic countertop and sheet rack walls is a no, no. They also need to do better with the landscape for the model unit. This lady so excited, but not providing relevant info on the quality of the home.
