The roads definitely need to be done. The developers of the different gated communities have come together and they will be fixing the road once construction on the sites has come to an end. For now because there so many trucks going up and down this road carrying Healy materials, if they fix it now in a few weeks time it’ll need to be fixed again, but it will be fixed

The roads are terrible. Why don't developers lobby for better roads where they build these homes. Some of these homes are not cheap so people buying will want better roads
Fortunately the developers of this development and the developers of gates of Edgehill have come together to fix the roads once the developments are nearer to completion as at the moment there are trucks carrying materials daily to both sites and the trucks have huge wear and tear on the roads.
It's very nice. I prefer being able to build what I want. 100 G for a quarter is tough though, but that's what's happening all over. Do you know if there's a minimum sq ft allowed, say a 1200 sq ft home?

It will be a gated community once all of the infrastructure is completed. It is a new development, and it looks empty because not all of the buyers have started to build their homes yet, plus there are still lots for sale. Gates of Edgehill was built long before this development and so it much further along. They are 2 very different developments though, one where you buy the house already built, and the other where you build your own house, plus Edgehill Estates is a much smaller development but the lot sizes compared to Gates of Edgehill are much bigger. Again 2 very different developments.
