A On-Trend dessert fashioned on the little Aussie Icon the Streets Golden Gaytime! One of my all time favorite ice creams when I was young. These amazing little morsels are the most delicious moreish dessert cups I've made yet! The perfect addition to your next dessert buffet or high tea spread. They are best made in small dessert cups because they are VERY sweet! ;-)

Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen love your individual dessert ideas. keep them coming.
Amazing
Thank you :-)
Hello. How many ounces are those glasses. Thank you
Looks yummy! I've never heard of malt biscuits, at least not in the U.S. that I am aware of. And I love malted milk balls, are they anything like that?
Arnott's Has one called Malt'O'Milk. If you can't find them, crushed up malted milk balls or Maltesers would be fine :-)
Hello,
Thank you for sharing this awesome video :)! I am going to be making these for a small wedding this month. I was wondering is it possible to make them the night before and leave them in the fridge? My main concern is that the honey comb and the biscuit will go soggy, any advice is much appropriated. Amy
You can make it a coupleof days ahead. The biscuit can be stored in an airtight container at room temp and sprinkled on top the day of the wedding if you want to be sure it stays crisp.
I'm in Heaven!!!
Indeed!
Sir, thank you for all your amazing videos. I am planing to start doing this as home business but am really wondering how to package it for delivery any suggestions ??
You can use cupcake boxes with inserts so they don't fall over.
Thank you very much for the ideas 🙏🏼
Is the caramel mousse tooo sweet?
I can't find honey comb like that already made. Did you make it yourself? All I can find is the chocolate coated honey comb will that work as well?
The one I used was Store bought. The chocolate coated one will work well :-)
Do you mind if I ask where I'm in australia as well was it Coles or woolies or a specialty cake store?
Where can I get or order these wooden sticks from?
I got mine from my local party supply store.
Which cream did you use for the mousse layer?
We call it Thickened Cream in Australia also known as Whipping Cream.
Thanx for ur reply
How far in advance could you make this?
Nicole Thomas they can be made 2 days in advance.
Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen that’s what I came to ask you how far in advance you can make these
Where do you buy your glasses? Thank you
I get them from my local party supply store.

Well, I certainly like the name of it. Ironically, I'm gay myself.
How fabulous! :-)
Why it's it called "gay time"?
