    I was playing left wing today my coach told me I need to play 9 so this really helped

    #3 is absolutely underrated for getting your passing form when no one else is around: kids, club, seniors, coaches, it doesn't matter. #10 is grossly undervalued,

      @@TheRugbyTrainerTV short to the point, you have pros sometimes, high quality video and your voice is clear( other than funny talking accent..LOL I'm USA) hahahaha you have good fun with it as well.     how many reps and sets do we do of each exercise?

      all depends on your time. usually I do 1 reps on each hand for 2 to 3 sets
