Thank you for including an agility drill! Most of the videos on RUclips just use open spaces and its hard to visualise a defender plus be consistent with each rep.
Glad they're helping! Here's some other sidestepping/agility vids that may help. ruclips.net/video/7C12Xunmf-E/видео.html&ab_channel=LukeTreharne ruclips.net/video/fcQxEIPwzKs/видео.html&ab_channel=LukeTreharne
Hi Luke, I have been playing rugby since the age of five and I’ve always been pretty big so I’ve been put at prop. However, I now am a lot lighter due to loosing almost 20kg, thanks to the gym and a strict diet, which means I’m a lot faster and more agile, transforming from a prop to a back is a big change and I have been learning how to side step and get more agile and this video is absolutely amazing thank you!
Hey Bruno, that’s awesome to hear! Congratulations achieving those goals, awesome achievement. And I’m very glad we can help. Will be plenty more vids on sidestepping in the future 😀
Hey. Aside from the kit needed (though not really) I loved this video. Real basic stuff but I'm watching it thinking it'll make a massive difference. I'm training my son (U12's). He is very fast but is lacking 'footwork'. Anyhows.... loved this video. Liked and Subscribed here.
Appreciate the feedback Apa. We’re always happy to hear what people want to see in vids. In quarantine/lockdown this is about all we can do. Once everything opens back up we will have more vids on drills with other players as we’re allowed. We’re getting closer to this in Wales 👌
Hi Diarmo, glad you found it useful. Practising the movements consistently is the best way to commit them to muscle memory. But doing 3 sets of everything would be a good starting point for the footwork drills. Then you can gradually increase the speed of the movements before adding in a defender 😀

@@edouardboutet1104 Hi Edouard, yes of course. I'll add it to the list of episodes.
Why do most players choose Mizuno boots for 7's?
They're very light and good quality. So perfect for playing 5/6 games in a weekend!
nice house.
🎉😂 we won
I love your couching
Of you, I can train alone
Thank you very much! The work you do on your own is key to being a good player 🙌
