Shirley here. Your still young u should be out enjoying new years eve. I guess u enjoy being alone there's nothing wrong with that. My hubby and I went eat and just came home we use to go out new years eve in our younger years. But we do stay awake till midnight he he.
Your videos are so calming and the music choices are perfect. After the worse year of my life I hope this new year will be a better one. I’m gonna try and choose to be happy after I’ve had so much loss

Finally going to be finished with treatment next Tuesday. Had 4 rounds of chemo and 25 treatments of radiation. I look in the mirror and I do not see me. Need to get my body, hair and strength back. What is the work out that you are doing? Also the powder drink? Looking forward to detoxing my body and mind!

I always tease out some of the roots of a plant that I am planting as they often follow the pot they have been in for a while. It helps to tease out some of the roots for a quicker ease into the new soil and facilitate the plant getting growing in its new soil. Just a tip love all you do
