Japan has everything that a tourist could ask for: beautiful sceneries (both natural and man-made), clean tidy public spaces, efficient timely public transportation, friendly helpful people, public safety, etc. The view of the Kyoto bamboo forest after a snowfall is magical; the deer at Nara Deer Park are wonderfully playful. It is good that you travelled to different places, including Tokushima, beside Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Yokohama, etc. Edit: I must also include very good and affordable cuisine in Japan!
Japan was my wife and I's fave trip also. I love how you can enjoy huge cities and still feel utterly safe at any hour. The people we met were all very nice and very helpful. Plus, every tiny thing is an adventure because it's SO different than where we're from. It just makes it all the more interesting. We too had friends in Japan so that was the icing on the cake getting to see them again.

If you have the opportunity, I hope you will visit the Tohoku region and northern Japan next time. There has been a lot of snow this winter, making life in northern Japan difficult, but my hometown of Yamagata in particular has seen an increase in foreign tourists seeking winter sports, snowy scenery, and local cuisine, and the rate of increase in the number of foreign tourists is currently the highest in Japan.

tourists, even Japanese, can rarely see the snow in Kyoto. i suppose it was very cold but you are lucky to see that. best seasons of Kyoto are Spring and Autumn, Winter and Summer are next to them. it was unfortunate that you cannot see the famous fluffy pancake, of which shops are not uncommon in Tokyo.
I watched this video and knew your wife loves rabbits. There is a shrine of rabbits in Urawa city, Saitama prefecture． It's "Tuki Jinjya" shrine（in Kanji ”調神社”）. Rabbits are messengers of God there. I don't know any other shrine like this in Japan.

Nothing compares to Japan. My tourist destination forever. Some cool places Ashikaga flower, Okunoshima (rabbit island), World tobu square, Tottori sand dunes, Zamami island Nikko, Enoshima, Tashirojima(cat island) etc........

女性が夜の街へ安全に出歩けない、電車はスリだらけ、街はゴミで汚ないくさい。それらを何とかしなさい。
日本が安全だからと言って君らの様な日本のルール、マナー、法律無視し日本で身勝手な振る舞いし、批判されたら差別と騒ぐ。
そんな人間性だから嫌われるのですよ。

食事のシーンで茶碗を置いたまま食べているのが気になりました。
牛丼などご飯物や串揚げの小皿などは茶碗を持って持ち上げて食べるんですよ。そうしないとテーブルにソースなどがこぼれます。
うどんやラーメンなどは持ち上げなくて良いですが、もう片方の手でどんぶりを抑えてくださいね。
