Same reason why the correct pronunciation of TIghnari's name is Teeg-nari, and yet the official EN pronounciation is Thigh-Nari.
It's hilarious that due to Genshin taking names from cultures across the world we get so many names that are difficult or confusing for English speakers to figure out the pronunciation like Keqing and Xinyan, but the name that causes the biggest confusion is an English name. :P
