I tried, exactly followed the instructions in vedio,but it's not good as u showed..want to fry everything atleast for 15 to 20 mts minimum,(first fried in salt for few mts,as ur instructions,its soft,so again dry roast without salt for almost 15 to 20 mts )otherwise the dal are remaining as soft,not cripy atal after 2 or 3 hours too.. I spend almost half of the day to prepare exactly as per ur instructions,not even a small change ,but for me it's ok ok only.. (Dal I got here are quality one and branded too,not a road side shop or small provision store) Don't know what mistake i did, kindly explain if possible 🙏 Anybody tried pls post ur experience..

Dont try this method. If we fry in salt all grains, it is toooo salty. So fry only in nice sand
