Game was designed like this because I wanted to avoid sexual or racist or drug filled themes yet I wanted the game to stand out in another way; borderline retardation. You even made a reproduction cart? How amazing for me to have watched this video. I been depressed long since after releasing this hack. I never was able to do another dumb thing to make people laugh. This video might make me make Cutman 2 electric kangajoo. I haven't felt an itch like this in a while. Godman bless dookieshed.

Rom hacking sure evolved since the 15 years after finishing the hack.(I finished work in 2002, I-Mockery debut it at 2003 as so the references were dated on purpose for review) and romhacks of megaman games are now rival to official capcom releases. It will be a challenge, as I loved sprite editing but everything else I used tools avaliable to alter the level layouts. The trap pit in Wily 4 was an accident, i used a level editor and accidently covered the passable tiles with solid ones, and I did get lazier towards the end, I wanted so many things for it, such has turning the Hot Dog robot into Tony the Tiger, and I left the big fish alone since I didn't know how to rearrange tiles, game saves space by using blank tiles to fill the fish in. I was 20 at that time and for a hack that was made to be for critical review, sort of like what you do. Anyway that all is history. Also I'll keep Godman, he was intended to be a 'ghost hacker' and the apparent narrisism of his character was intended to be another joke. Here is this guy who thinks he's god, writes himself into places that don't belong within the story, but can't write a coherent sentence. That's pretty much history at this point now. I had so many monikers online. One for fan fics, one for web comics, one for Newgrounds, one for porn log ins, i have a bunch of old monikers on the interent, because I dunno after 15 years. But at least when it comes to this hack, Godman is probably my favorite one. Anyway, You brought much needed clarity to my eyes and I want to recapture the amazement and bewilderment you gave ME from your vids. A rom hack you should check out is "The legend of Zelda: Link gets laid" which is one of the most thorough rom hacks I've seen from the early 2000 era. It's really just a re skinned link's awakening with new dialogue. But the dialogue is pretty humorous at times and the new sprites are also pretty amusing. But be forewarned that it can get downright offensive at times.

i think that the Quaker only appears above boss doors because the "DR. W" tile used on the boss screen is identical to the boss lair one, so modifications to it will be reflected in both areas of the game
I'd say internet 'meme culture' really got big as early as 2004 with stuff like ytmnd and early 4chan. Even then, there were things one could consider memes before that, even though I wouldn't exactly say anywhere was swimming in 'meme culture'. Just because it's become a normal thing even your grandma knows about in the last few years doesn't mean it wasn't around before then.
