Everything taste better with homemade butter 😋

God bless you and thank you for your video. I just made some myself but used a hand mixer. What a mess and goodness it took a goid 20 mins, I did do two bottles of whipping cream at one time but I sure was tred by the tim it was finished.
I havent watched the video in fulk but im assuming it worked in the blender or you wouldn't have posted.

I think to possibly avoid burning up your motor, your speed should’ve been on high. Vitamix blenders are designed to operate on the highest speed. That being said, it probably wouldn’t take as long to whip to butter. But I agree, I think the Kitchenaid mixer or even a hand mixer would be better suited for the job. Good video. I’ve made butter before but it’s been a while and I’d kind of forgotten what to do. Happy New Year 2024 🎉

Hello mickelluvva, though the butter blended very well in the Vitamix I will continue to use my mixer because it’s easier to clean, I followed the Vitamix instructions which states to start on 1 and slowly go up to the highest speed. The butter is creamy but the clean up is wasteful, you can’t get all the butter from under the blades. Thank you watching and subscribing, God bless ❤️
