My lifelong dream was to visit Japan. I was there this past April for Hanami. Seeing this video gave me chills it made me cry. I miss Japan so much. I expect to go back next year. Can't wait.

Appreciate how hard people worked to build this world city. Consider how much effort was spent to "iron out the details," and then follow through with the agreed upon plans. Think of the 'little people' that keep the City running smoothly, keep the City clean, and, keep the City safe for the tens of millions who live there. Lastly, remember how those millions appreciate their great city, sincerely giving praise to what they and their elders have built.
Tokyo is extremely nice, I worked there for a year. It's too crowded but clean and smells nice. If there's a bigger city on earth I do NOT want to go there, Tokyo is too big. Even people born there think so. But it's really nice.

Paolo Rossi I knew that there's a strong connection between Brazil and Japan: many japanese moved to Brasil since 1908, every summer there's a samba festival in Tokyo, there are many commercial exchanges and maybe it's easier to move to Japan for you.
Actually no only the dekasegui ( wich is the japanese who came live here in Brazil ) are allowed to go work and live in japan without restrictions, only the brazilians who have japanese descendants are allowed to work in japan, for the rest of us only if you marry a brazilian japanese descendant or a japanese citizen, I'm descendant of germans so I got my german citizenship, today I live in Dusseldörf but things are getting ugly here in europe, the politicians here are doing a lot of shit. By the way Brazil has the largest japanese community outside japan, its about 1,5 million japanese descendants living in Brazil, many of them go back to japan for obvious reasons.
I'm brazilian too (not nikkei, but italian relatives), and despite all the cultural differences and never ending "special" treatment (no matter how many years you live here, you will always be treated as the tourist that can't speak japanese or use the damn chopsticks) I like this country the most because people are always looking for more knowledge, and virtually every place is a good place to read a book, no matter if it's early morning or midnight. Simply can't imagine going back to Brazil anymore.
I’ve watched thousands of vids about Japan…blog, ambience, hiking, walking, etc. I always come back to these. I’m in awe of how good they are…..so wish there were 100s more on this channel.
I used to live in Tokyo for 6 months, and it's been 2 years now since i came home to Sweden and yet still not a single day has passed without me missing this city, i miss it so much and one day i will return..
Beautiful country Japan, I am from NZ and have visited japan twice, the twin towers in Tokyo are a must to visit,as the sights are wonderful to see.And another place I liked was Yokohama ,and the lovely sights that can be seen from the tower there.I traveled from Tokyo by the Nozomi bullet train to right across to the other side of Japan,and went on to Fukui and Cheba also visited Fukuoka, Hiroshima, too many places to mention but had some wonderful trips on my travel there.
I went up the twin towers in Kuala Lumper, also the Tokyo Metropolitan government towers to be exact. Also the tower in Yokohama over looking over the city also the Yokohama bridge.Also visited China town while there. We stayed in Nishihara the new Tokyo Hotel for 3 nights.

I miss Tokyo so much, been there three times and hope to live there one day. Besides the great people and great food, there are so many practical things that the US doesn't have like reliable public transit, safety from crime even in lower income areas, and affordable real estate( if you know where to look and don't mind a older building).

What I love the most is the scale of Tokyo, it's almost as if it were an architectural model in which people have been imagined inside of it through artificial intelligence, exuding an almost ephemeral aura...
I miss Tokyo so much, been there three times and hope to live there one day. Besides the great people and great food, there are so many practical things that the US doesn't have like reliable public transit, safety from crime even in lower income areas, and affordable real estate( if you know where to look and don't mind a older building).
