Not Luxury at all. First kitchen Fridge should be panelled Integrated. A wine cooler feature cost hardly anything. And why are there space above the kitchen cabinets? To gather dust? Master bedroom washroom should have both a bath tub and shower for PH unit. And look at the FIXED shower head. Thats the cheapest type u buy from Home Depot. How much does it cost to add a Shower Bar and a Rain shower head? Just a few hundreds retail so much less for builders to buy bulk. Walkin closet again only provides basic stuffs. How much would a few drawers and shelf cost? Just because its on the top floor doesnt mean it is luxury.

内部装修都是基本的装修，没有高级豪华，walk- in 沒有衣服架，是最基本。 主人房也沒有浴缸。露台也不是所謂的很大。樓梯安裝很小家，10分里我只能给五至6分。唯一的管理费算是便宜。

感謝您的回覆！這個的確是屬於基本的發展商配備，但我們相信，當加入理想的家具和擺設後，奢華感會即刻展現出來。你說得沒錯，以這個地段及樓層，配合如此合理的管理費，這確實是非常超值的選擇。
