Young people, country western music as with any other genre is left to interpretation for lyrics. Charley Pride was first African American who sang Country Western in 1960's. It not for certain population or demographics; it's for mainstream mass who likes/loves great storytelling songs, rhythm and beat. This is what makes songs remembered and classic.

jelly roll doesn’t even have a voice for TK’S songs
Now Jason Aldean….he put some heart in it and he has a strong voice!
Everyone just doing covers left and right now that he’s passed…..kinda lame
And a cover is diff that a heartfelt respectful tribute!
