I just LOVE your utube tutorial on the slipper socks with the Sweet Roll yarn!! I have made several pairs and they were welcomed gifts by those who received them. Everyone should have a pair in their stash gift giving box and they are sooooo comfy. But HELP I need to know how do I increase the calf portion to fit PLUS or large sized people who don't want to slouch them down but wear them around up to their knees. I tried to just go straight up and to increase. I know it has to be something simple but I don't seem to be able to figure it out and I am just new to reading patterns. My Grandma taught me how to crochet and so I am more of a visual learner and GREATLY APPRECIATE your channel in teaching. You are a GREAT instructor and bless you for sharing your knowledge with those of us who need help. Hope to hear from you soon!
    Best Regards,
    Anna

Thank you Jennifer , these are so simple and and work up fast ! I have tried so many different patterns for adult booties , slippers , slipper socks and I was getting so tired of the sizing never being right , but this pattern works , it's so simple no complicated stitches , no counting , love it , love it . I did 24 rows total , 23 rows double crochet, then the last row I did a shell stitch and I turned the top of the sock down to ankle , really cute ! If I wanted to make these a little bigger would I do one more row of increases ? Thanks again

To make these non-skid like slipper-Sox, once they are crocheted, make dots or squiggly lines on the bottom foot area with a cool temp hot glue gun. Would be cute for kids using a smaller hook size.

I have a quick question. It look like when you join with a slip stitch at the end of the round that you are only going in one side of the "V" (in other words joining in the back loop only). Am I mistaken? Is this done on purpose. Thanks for any insight on this. God Bless!
